Not very helpful

The first time was the most helpful because I received aids in quitting smoking however that was only a year ago and now all the sudden it’s “quit cold turkey”. The two stars are for the human experience over the AI generated bullshit.

Using QuitNow since 2015

I used the app for years and I recently bought a Gift Card. It arrived instantly to my inbox. The section I like the most is the course to quit smoking. It explains everything about quitting smoking very well.
