I had several winning bets on Fire Blaze Roulette, but QuinnBet still hasn’t settled them.
I reported the issue over five days ago and, despite contacting them about it, I still haven’t received the winnings. The bets remain open, but until they’re actually settled and paid, they may as well have been losing bets.
The whole experience has left me with very little confidence in the site. Customer service keeps telling me they’re working on the issue, but after more than five days, I would have expected something like this to have been resolved.
Very disappointing, and I’d be cautious about using QuinnBet until they can demonstrate that winning bets are settled and paid promptly.
