Wonderful customer service!

I had bought 2 gift cards and sent them to the wrong email address.
Eduardo helped deactivate the cards and get a refund so I was able to repurchase the cards and send them to the correct email address.
Wonderful service by Quince!!

13 items ordered --> 6 returns and one…

13 items ordered --> 6 returns and one exchange. Sizes are not standard, material is subpar except for long sleeve t-shirts. Attempting to exchange a dress. Another item had a medium in a L/XL bag, short sleeve tshirts were super short. Just not enough quality and proper sizing for me to buy here again.

I received one worn item

I received my cachemire sweater today and one of the items had been CLEARLY worn. It had pilling under R and L armpits, the arms and wrists. There was a long black and curly hair strand inside the sweater. My hair is straight, brown and even has some white already!!
On their disclaimer they say they don’t exchange or reimburse worn items!!
So it means I won’t be able to return or have my money back because it was worn!!! I am glad the tag is still on inside so I guess the person who wore it , kept the tag. The problem is, if she/he wore once or twice, demonstrates that the material doesn’t hold wear well, since it can make pills so easy!
Anyways, not happy with my purchase.

Horrible experience dealing with…

Horrible experience dealing with Quince. Purchased a pair of $500 earrings. They arrived with one earring broken so I initiated a return on their app. I used the USPS QR code they provided. The package gets delivered the next day as per tracking and I wait the 3-5 days they say it will take for a refund. I call a couple times after that timeframe passed and was told to keep waiting. Finally on Day 10, I ask customer service for my refund and am told to produce the drop off receipt. Never in all my years has a retailer asked for that nor do I keep the post office receipts. The online tracking shows you what day, time and post office the item was shipped from and when it arrived at their facility. Why does quince need my receipt? I tell them I don’t have it but they can see it’s been shipped and delivered on their own website. They then ask me to call USPS and ask for a copy of the receipt. Like what? I am not working for them. I am a customer. My job was to package the unworn item carefully, ship it and wait for the refund. If they lost the package once it was in their possession then why is it my responsibility to call USPS while they refuse to refund me. This company is terrible. Still waiting on a $500 refund for no reason.

I discovered Quince on Facebook

I discovered Quince on Facebook. Bought 8 T shirts and socks. Amazing quality. Fast delivery service and customer service. Bought a pair of pants, but did not for me. Customer service was so kind and helpful for a quick return. Kudos to this company
