I am sharing my experience to warn others about working with Quickline.
I completed a 12-hour shift for them and have not been paid over 7 months now . Since then, I have encountered a series of dishonest and unprofessional responses:

When I reported the matter to ACAS, Quickline denied I ever worked with them at all.

They ignored my communications through email for a long period only responding after I left a review.

When I escalated further, they changed their position and claimed I did not complete a full
a full shift

Further report they claimed I only did 6 hours , if I only did 6 hours as claimed why haven’t they sill paid , such a disgusting place

However, they have emails stating they forwarded my pay request to the client.

Under UK employment law, an agency is legally responsible for paying its workers they cannot simply redirect that obligation to the client.

Their behaviour has been unprofessional , The constant shifting of their position and denial of basic facts is unacceptable.

I have reported this matter further and will continue to pursue the full 12 hours owed to me.

If you are considering working with Quickline, please be cautious they do not appear to be operating in compliance with employment law.

They even asked to stop the review as the email keeps popping up and disturbing them, so ridiculous

absolute harassers with tonnes of fake reviews clearly written by themselves. i've asked them multiple times to stop calling me and have had to resort to blocking their number, but they've just used multiple different numbers now to continue phoning
it's actually disgusting how predatory this company is

Moved over from Australia and was recommended Quickline to help me find my feet and a new role as I had NO idea how to go about agency work in the UK. They managed to get me an interview and a confirmed job within 2 weeks. Now in my role and very happy. They call me on a weekly basis to check up on me which is a nice touch.

Quickline recruitment are an amazing agent based in Manchester! They are always on hand to help and have an amazing group of staff. The consultants, the payroll and the management all work together to give out the best possible service!

A nice recruitment agency based in Manchester, with lovely staff! I've always had good interactions with this business.

Certainly would not recommend this agency.
1. I was told to ‘’fu** off’’ by a recruiter who then hung up the phone!
2. The recruiter dodged my calls and failed to inform me of outcomes for roles I had applied for.
3. Recruiters appear very young and immature which is obvious during interactions.
4. Unable to read important documents attached to emails.
I’m not throwing mud the information above is factual.

My time with Quickline was nothing short of great. Jayden was super helpful from the start, he even offered interview tips and when I got the job, he would call every Friday just to check that things are going okay. Quickline recruitment is a fantastic agency, highly recommend.

I have been working with a number of the staff via different agencies for a number of years. They have now all came together into Quickline Recruitment and it has been an even better experience than before. They have a number of experienced recruiters working in the one team and as a result the candidate gets an even better experience in looking and finding work.
They keep in communication with you and actually listen to the roles you want to go for, as opposed to sending your cv out for jobs you would never consider.
The owner is also very personable and has contact with candidates - unlike some of the larger recruitment agencies, when they only remember who you are because your name came up on their screen and they are reading their notes(!).
Overall a great agency to work via and hopefully I will be with them throughout the rest of my career.
