Underhand, not upfront and misleading.
Listed my items on Facebook marketplace on good faith - listed for peanuts- loads of interest from other parties - now lost - Jon jumped in early negotiated right down- was then late, didn’t show up himself sent two ‘employees’ who said they were just ‘looking’ didn’t take the items - really leaving us in the shit - so don’t trust this company - they are very misleading- if further information was req. then more pictures should have been requested and been transparent about the ‘business’ element - really really poor
Not great on all levels
Punctual and money transferred quickly.
Sold a sofa to them. Thry were punctual and money transferred quickly.
First class service.
Offensive. Time Waste.
Update in response to Quickli’s comments:
My language reflects the reality of my experience. What is more concerning is your condescension and your decision to dismiss the substance of a customer’s complaint by attacking their character instead. Attempting to portray me as inherently dissatisfied avoids addressing the actual failures I raised and speaks poorly of your approach to customer feedback.
As for my review history, like many people, I am far more likely to take the time to leave a review when a company fails in a significant way. That is not unusual; it is a direct response to poor service, not a personality trait.
Original Review (unedited):
When selling to companies like this I know the price will be lower than when selling directly. Quickli seems to want to go even further and just be offensive with what they offer. The price they offered wasn’t even 10% of the retail price and the condition of the item is Like New.

Missing Sofa cushions and unprofessional
I brought a sofa from them years ago and everything was fine, even the gentleman that delivered the sofa brought it up with a tip of course, but was nice. However, this time around, I have had quite an unpleasant experience,
Firstly, they send an email within the same day of the delivery service, which gives you no time.
I ordered a sofa into which I thought I was getting all 12 pillows that was including within the advertisement. Unfortunately, I received 7 pillows with one pillow case that included the legs of the sofa within the compartment. Me and my partner helped carry the sofa alongside the pillows up the stairs so it definitely wasn’t a thing of ‘left somewhere’. I thought this may be a genuine mistake as it may of been left within the van or still within the warehouse.
Unfortunately, upon emailing and calling the company I was met with an extremely unprofessional service. I was told it all gets checked off and they would check again with drivers and get back to me.
They failed to do so. So now I’m left with no real resolution and having to spend our money on new sofa cushions.
There needs to be a solid professional system going on and I don’t think they have one. I will be escalating this further as this type of service isn’t acceptable.
Didn't recieve refund for damaged item
I paid £90 for an ikea chest of drawers they didn't state the damage in the description. When I recieved it, it was broken (luckily I took all the drawers out and gave it a good clean since it was dirty and saw it was broken), they don't do partial refunds and they said they'd collect it then give me a refund, after ignoring me for over a week. They only sent the email with the tracking of them collecting it in the morning while I was sleeping so I didn't even see the email saying they were collecting it on the day of the email being sent so imagine I wasn't home for them to collect it? They can't even arrange a day to collect it that works for the buyer? I had to rush to get the heavy chest of drawers out by myself and hurt myself in the process. And they expected me to keep a broken chest of drawers for the full price? They collected the chest of drawers eventually after a week of ignoring me. They emailed telling me I'd recieve my refund in 24-74 hours and still til' this day I have not recieved a refund, emailed them 5 days later telling them I haven't recieved my refund and they won't reply to my emails.
Also didn't get my £10 "tip" back that I gave to the delivery driver to get him to help me get it up 1 flight of stairs. So they've stolen £100 from me. I then had to order a brand new chest of drawers. Complete waste of £100 which cost me more money in the end. They're not to be trusted. Not worth the risk or hassle. Also not sure who's is pricing the furniture but the same chest of drawers I bought cost £90 then they uploaded the exact same chest of drawers in better condition for £50... so they can upload new furniture on their website daily but can't reply to me?

Shockingly unprofessional and emotionally manipulative experience
My experience with Quickli was unexpectedly stressful and deeply unprofessional. I originally submitted a collection request for several furniture items in excellent condition. Their offer was already very low, but due to time pressure before moving, I considered accepting.
When I updated them that one small item had sold and that my bed frame was dismantled — something completely normal when preparing for sale, donation, or collection — I expected a simple adjustment to the quote. The condition of every remaining item was still excellent. Instead, my entire booking was abruptly cancelled without any clarification or willingness to discuss alternatives.
What happened next was even worse: I received a confrontational phone call in which I was made to feel responsible for the “impact on their small business” and guilt-tripped for supposedly harming them by exploring other avenues to remove my items. This was both inappropriate and emotionally manipulative.
A customer informing you of a minor change is not an attack on your livelihood, and it is unreasonable to suggest that I was somehow in the wrong for managing my own move-out process.
The tone, lack of emotional intelligence, and refusal to handle a very normal update professionally left me stunned. Instead of solutions, I received blame, pressure, and attitude.
Given the quality of the items and the urgency of my move, I expected basic professionalism — not guilt-tripping, not confrontations, and certainly not having the booking cancelled without clarity or respect.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Quickli.

Hassle-free transaction
Hassle-free transaction. Collection was promptly arranged, well-managed, on time, and quick! The price they offered for my sofa was low, but when the priority is to get rid of unwanted furniture fast, this company does the job
10+ service!
I am so happy with the service we got from QUICKLI! We had a huge wardrobe that we needed to get rid of due to very last-minute moving plans. We contacted the company and got a quote very quickly, along with a date for them to come and dismantle it and take it away. They arrived at the estimated time, quickly dismantled the wardrobe, and took it away. I was also super amazed that we received the payment immediately. I'm just speechless at how well everything went. I will be recommending these guys to everyone! 10+ service!

I gave him all relevant paperwork I had on the sofa in terms that of upholstery care and the dimensions and assembly paperwork. And the fire resistance tag. My bank details given and I was transferred the money immediately. Nice experience and I was emailed re what time line they would get to me in. Happy with service. Thank you.
