Absolutely amazing so helpful and very friendly
Always very good when you ring them and always very good on updates
Good friendly service would recommend them to my friends and family. Very helpful and very polite
Terrible service didn’t check anything whatsoever paid £600 only to be asked for more money at different stages within weeks or couldn’t continue with case, then found out through another source I had been divorced 20 years earlier so total waste of time and money obviously not checked by this company or even looked at, stay clear of this company not recommended at all.

Quickie divorce is a waste of time and money. After almost 10 months I'm in the same initial stage, nothing has happened, the HM Courts and Tribunals Service does not acknowledge QD, I was suggested to apply on government website. I claimed a refund because one single standard online form that is sent to everyone cannot cost 199 £ but was dismissed.
If you dial the complaint number 0844..., you're on hold for ages, no one answers and your phone bill will be over the top.
Stay away from QD.

Paid £388.00 for them to mess up the forms and now I have to re-submit them to the court at my expense. I doubt there is a law degree anywhere in that business.

Quickie Divorce advertised a full package with Financial Order that didn't need me to fill any forms. I enquired about that than asking me if I wanted a fully managed service. I agreed but they didn't tell me this will not include financial order. I learnt this too late. Then they palmed me off to Endeavour Law. I got a nice tracker that is quite useless. They charged me for child maintenance order which was them filling out a free form over the phone but not representing me legally. Most of the data they captured was incorrect. I complained but no refund. I had to pay for the financial order and was asked to fill an online questionnaire and when they push it back to you for correction they don't tell you what exactly is wrong. I've been battling to get this order done for 3 months, I could have broken ties with my ex but they are not processing my case. It's extremely frustrating. I hope I won't get divorced again but if I do it won't be through Quickie Divorce

Don’t use this company , some of the most outrageous behaviour for zero output
I was originally going to use them ,I wanted a “fully managed “ divorce plain and simple , they handle everything … they sold me a package that wasn’t on their website .. £499 … paid it on a Thursday arranged an initial call for the Saturday. Before we even got into my situation the woman said had I read the t&c’s ? To which I replied no not yet, I haven’t got them ? She then said ok I’ll call you on Monday after you’ve read them . So I did over the weekend , it was then I said nope I don’t agree with this, plus I found a company that does exactly the same but for 1/4 of the price , So 1st thing Monday I called and cancelled everything. Now the fun bit ( well not fun tbh ) the refund… they had the audacity to send me an email saying they are taking £150 for doing absolutely nothing. I was well within the 14 day cooling off period , They say it’s for setting up the file , fraud checks etc. to which i said you’ve done nothing as yet, I’ve not agreed to anything. Logged a complaint and after several days they said ok you can have full refund . 3/7 days you’ll have your money ??? Well it’s been over that time and still not had my refund . Not forthcoming with replies to my emails asking where my money is . Or if the refund has been done . I’m still £500 out of pocket right now and I need this money to pay for my divorce.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY . cowboys at best .
Well after several calls , I did finally get my refund

Paid for the £300 package service. Was supposed to be no forms and no questionnaires. Had to do both of these things including posting. Every phone call made to query for help wasnt helpful. Agents on the phone didnt have a clue how to help. Ended up calling the courts for guidance instead.
Communication has just been non existent. Portal that we had to use after application was sent off, logged in to find it was blank as if it had never been used. Leaving me unable to track progress.
Asked for a refund as myself and the respondent feel like this the appropriate action to take.
Request was denied as its over the '14 day cooling off period'. In 14 days after I paid nothing had happened for me to ne aware that the service was not what I was promised.
Would not recommend.

As of yet Quicky Divorce as been excellent. I have been kept up to date on the correspondence with the court and been contacted immediately with what happens next.
Getting a divorce was a very difficult decision for me and caused me to have a lot of emotions and anxiety, this was made much easier by a relatively easy process.
