This company is completely unprofessional. After I posted an honest review about my experience, instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they started pressuring me to delete it. I received repeated calls and messages, and they even contacted my friends in an attempt to intimidate me.

No legitimate business should harass customers for sharing the truth. My review is based on my real experience, and I will not be bullied into removing it. The way they treat customers is unacceptable and speaks volumes about their business practices.

Avoid this company if you value honesty, professionalism, and respect.

The most third class service i have ever had in my life total scam.
1 Star – Stay Away!

This is by far the worst visa service I have ever used. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company.

We dealt with a representative named Rehan. We wanted to apply for a visa for a different country, but he persuaded us to apply for another country instead. He gave us a 100% guarantee that the visa would be approved. Because of his assurance, we even paid more than the agreed service fee. We trusted him so much that we referred five of our friends to this company.

They also charged us the VFS fee, but they never paid it on our behalf. I only found out when I arrived at the VFS centre for my appointment and was asked to pay the fee again. As a result, I had to pay the VFS fee twice.

Later, my visa was refused. Their excuse was that I had not uploaded the documents correctly. This explanation is unacceptable because I already had visas from two other countries at the time. Due to their negligence and poor handling of my application, my Bulgaria Category C visa was refused.

When we requested a refund of the VFS fee that we had paid twice, they kept making excuses. We spoke to Rehan's manager, who promised to resolve the issue within two days, but after that, she stopped responding completely. We also tried calling the phone numbers listed on their website, but no one answered.

The same thing happened to two of us. Another friend decided not to use their services after seeing our experience, while two others had already become victims because we had referred them.

I believe this company is running a scam. I will be reporting this matter to the police because I have all the chat messages and voice notes as evidence. I hope no one else has to go through what we experienced.

I am leaving this review to document the business practices of Quick Holidays for future consumers.
I engaged Quick Holidays for a European visa application.
I was subsequently sent an invoice generated by a different company named '13 Weeks Ltd'. The invoice was incorrectly formatted for a 'China Visa'.
I was then instructed to wire funds to a third distinct entity named 'Future Vision Organization Limited' using accounts at Tide Bank and HSBC.
After the initial process, I was asked for a 'visa activation' step, which is not a standard embassy procedure.
I declined to send further funds. I highly advise all consumers to heavily vet the registered company names and banking details before making any bank transfers. All documentation of this transaction has been logged with the relevant UK reporting authorities.

Their clear guidance, professionalism, and patience greatly eased what could have otherwise been a very stressful experience.
