Kieran came out on an emergency call, he was bang on time, polite, efficient and informative. He rang United Utilities on my behalf when he noticed that the drain was owned by them and managed to get me a full refund for the issue. I would definitely recommend! First class job.

I was fed up of using farmers to empty my Septic Tank and i felt i needed someone more reliable,i searched out for quotes and i got a decent one from Quick Drains,Gary and John arrived with their tanker ,assessed my tank within minutes they had started to empty the tank ,when the tank was empty they replaced the lid cleared the job up and were on their way,great service great job.

Called Quick Drains for a blockage in communal pipe work of an apartment block which was affecting our apartment. Garry and Nathan arrived on site and could not have been more helpful. They did the diagnostic work to ascertain where the blockage was, flagged up a couple of other potential issues and provided us with AVI and a solid report. As a result, we were able to claim costs back without issue. Not only did they clear the blockage we had, they did remedial works to our pipes and left the site completely clear. They were excellent, kept us completely in the loop through the whole process and were incredibly professional. We would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again should we ever need to.

Called to report a problem with our drain Tues am, told we would get a visit to repair the following day. However the team arrived same day as reported. The team were very efficient, and sorted the problem, came back the following day to relay our block paving . Took away all the rubbish and left the site very clean. Maybe not the cheapest but if you want a professional job done then these are the people to use.

After unblocking my drain the contractor recommended that I should contact United Utilities to look into the possibility of root ingress into the main shared drain. Following this advice I contacted United Utilities and they carried out an inspection but found the main drain clear. They did however report that the waste from my drain indicated that there was still a partial blockage that had not been cleared.

Contact was made with Garry to explain this situation and he quickly agreed to come back to site, and to carry out any necessary work free of charge. This he did, including showing me the camera images of the fully clear drain, and pointing out some pipe damage that might give some problems at a later date.

It was such a relief and very refreshing to deal with a contractor who genuinely wanted to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Thank you Garry. I will certainly contact you again for any drain problems and would strongly recommend you as a trustworthy contractor to anyone in need of drain problems.

I was fortunate enough to have found Quick Drains following a less than positive experience with a previous drain company. I needed to find an urgent solution for my mother whose toilet was partially blocked.

What started out as what appeared to be a simple job, quickly escalated and they handled the entire process with a level of care and professionalism that I must confess, was refreshing.

They kept us informed at every step of the works, were extremely tidy and sympathetic to my mother's situation, prioritising the job in order to finish it as soon as possible.

Had a blocked toilet pipe and a very lovely man from this company came out and fixed it. Took him mere minutes to fix. Very fast. Really nice decent guy. Will definitely be using again if I ever need a plumber.
