Great experience, fast delivery great product. I will be using these guys from the forseable future. Delivery was a lot quicker than quoted which is very nice.

Custom box measurements exactly as specified and arrived well packaged and well within the five working days promised.

The staffs are very patient to give suggestions and answer all my enquiries. I told them whether I can speed up the sending process on this Thursday, they are really nice to offer help!

Order took a little longer than expected as i went for printed boxes . The boxes look ok. We just have to see how well they perform when in transit as i went for the heavy duty versions.

Quick Box show a staggering inability to get things right and have total inability to recognize their errors and own up to them. I recommended two of my clients to use this firm, based purely on price: they were the cheapest by far and offered low min order quantities. Experience of both clients shows why cheap is not always best; in this case, it was the worst. Every single working sample produced was incorrect (a total 3 out of 3 across both of my clients), either with random panels trimmed way too short (10mm in this case) cases), or printed dreadfully with smudging, poor alignment, not centred, etc, etc). The audacity to even send out these samples displays incompetence beyond what I have ever seem previously, and a total lack of quality control. Both of the complete orders were printed so terribly they had to be written off. One company was refunded and fortunately they had the sense to jump ship and has had hugely satisfactory service with a different supplier. My other client persevered against my recommendation, and eventually got an order delivered that was satisfactory, after the first order was refused. I cannot urge you enough to leave this company well alone - it's not worth the grief and disbelief of dealing with such people.

Very quick and excellent service. Box came in 3 days after giving up on another company after 5 weeks.

Brilliant service and very quick delivery.

Clicked on the pallet box header so thought I was ordering 3 pallet boxes. Unfortunately it was just 3 pallets that are of no use at all, so I thought the website was not very clear.

However after leaving this review I was contacted almost straight away to discuss the problem and it was dealt with superbly.

Customer after sales, care and service taken very seriously so I would definitely use again.
