I have had issues with my missing transactions on my quick books statement, I reported this over a month ago and no one is helping / passing my around / not getting back to me!!! Use XERO instead!!

Got expert help from Fretzie, she helped with how to use QuickBooks. Spent over an hr making it extra easy.

Daniel was very friendly and patient with us. He asked us the right questions to get to understand what we needed help with and he clearly understood the topics. Thank you

I decided to give this organisation one more chance to reconcile the missing data which I mentioned in previous reviews. Unfortunately, they failed yet again. I have now moved to Xero and cancelled my subscription.

QuickBooks are terrible. They are quick to take your money for the service but do not help in anyway. I have called, emailed and asked for call backs but had no response. Please find another software provider. Felipe silver lied to me and now I’m unable to rectify the issue.

Cassandra made me feel at ease straight away. She was patient, professional and showed no signs of wanting to end the help. I did have quite a few issues as Quickbooks is new to me and I'd ended up causing many problems so our phone conversation was probably extended way past the usual length of help.

Oh the irony! Its anything but Quick Books, I have been waiting over 6 weeks for them to resolve an issue!
I had a great experience up until this but why does it take so long? It has made me so stressed, I would prefer to bash my head against a brick wall. I am just getting nowhere, its truly awful.

Abdelrahman (Baba) has been very helpful. He made sure all the issues with my QB were running properly and sorted. We covered connecting to HMRC for MTD for Income Tax, connecting bank with QB and accepting payments from customers by card or bank. It’s a feature that can be turned off/on for the future. Thank you very much Baba!

I was apprehensive before the tutorial because of not using software before but the tutorial was very comprehensive, detailed and very helpful.

Dreadful support just now. Reporting a long-standing issue where QB online receives a tax code change for an employee but doesn't update the payroll. The message I am getting from QB says it has received the tax code from HMRC but the support agent said he couldn't help me until I confirmed that the HMRC setting to notify tax codes was turned on. I pointed out that QB said it had received the notification. The agent insisted I checked at the HMRC portal but could not say where. He hung up when I asked to speak to a supervisor.

Used quickbooks sole traders for many years and shouted from the rooftops about how easy it made my life. However this new making tax digits version I’ve been forced to swap to is caused me nothing but stress. So complicated. I’m looking into changing to another company

I was very sceptical about the support I would receive from the 45 min call I had when signing up to QuickBooks, but the advisor was patient, methodical and able to give me confidence moving forward with MTD.

They are scammers. They will sell you useless tool and will never ever refund your money. I have requested refund long time ago and there is no respond. I have plenty of things to say about quickbooks but I have to type for ages, keeping it short, don't bother They will waste your time and money and will put you in trouble with hmrc.

Very helpful and friendly expert advice.
The screen sharing worked really well and there was no rush to get through the topics I needed help with. The software looks very straightforward to navigate and connects easily with HMRC. Would highly recommended!

Im becoming so dissapointed with quik books self employed.
They don read all my bank transactions.
And not registerd any from my bank for two weeks.
Very difficult to talk to someone,
And wont respond to me in chat ' waiting over 23mins' now given up hope!.
Poor service.
Also my accountant says confusing and difficalt to swap data into my new xero account.
