Good idea but terrible programming/stability and support. If something does not work, I'd rather go mow my lawn with a scissor, than reaching out for help.

Awful piece of software
Awful piece of software. Connects to your bank and then misses out random transactions and duplicates others. Pointless and actually adds stress to tax returns and bookkeeping rather than take it away. Use another service.

Do not trust the company with your data
This company has managed to lose all my company data, which now means I have no record of invoices, expenses, or income. This is the ultimate betrayal to me and my company, as I have trusted this abysmal company for years.
I thought that if a company such as QuickBooks was so large, they would have at least a friendly and helpful customer service! It seems not.
Despite contacting them 8 times in the last three weeks, they have not been able to locate my data or explain to me when and if they can get the data back.
In reply, I have just received useless automated responses ( which, obviously, is no help at all).
