If I had a problem with my quickbooks I would go on chat & never had a problem with the person I am chatting with very helpful people in Quickbooks. I would recommend using Quickbooks. I have been using more than 5 years plus & also a Quickbooks Advisor/Bookkeeper. Cheers Diane Dubber

I'm a bookkeeper and have used Quickbooks for a few years now. It is user friendly and I am able to reconcile accounts quickly. I have also been able to train some of my clients on how to use the software. They really appreciate how they are able to use Quickbooks themselves so they do not need to contact me every time they want to look at a report or do an invoice.
The cost is quite reasonable as well, so it is a good fit for start up businesses. No need to download any software either as it's all online!

I am an accountant in private practice. I have around 50 clients using various levels of the QuickBooks products. I do most of the accounts & transaction work for my clients & find it very easy to use. If I do have a problem with something, the support folks are very good at sorting it out. The ability to share my screen with them, makes it really easy to resolve any issues that come up. Highly recommend all of the products.

The best move I ever made was becoming a QBO only bookkeeping service. Software reasonably priced for the smaller business owner yet has all the functionality required for the larger businesses. My team and I are totally in love with the phone support, always helpful and friendly. Do love the other methods of support but always find it easier to chat to someone.

As an accountant I use Quickbooks in my accounting firm,
it is great value, and also is suitable for small to large businesses structures.

I am a qualified accountant and I have been using Quickbooks for almost two years. Quickbooks online is very user-friendly and many online pieces of training are available. Also, the customer support team is extremely supportive. It has multiple features which may not be available in other software like, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, timesheets, etc. It has the best reports available which offer great insight into the business operations.

Quickbooks is well Suited for both Bookkeepers and Accountants. Bank Reconciliation can be bit more easier with additional backend functions. Price wise everybody is loving it.

I am a bookkeeper in Coffs Harbour NSW. I have been using Quickbooks Australia for over 5 years. I have found the software to be the best accounting software available in Australia. It is easy to use and yet is extremely powerful in navigation, reporting, banking, file storage and all aspects of bookkeeping. We use & recommend Quickbooks to all of our clients. We actually don't use any other software for bookkeeping because Quickbooks does it all. Our client base includes hospitality, construction, manufacturing, farming, transportation, and retail. The customer support from the Quickbooks team is exceptional. They are quick to respond and will not terminate a request for help until you are satisfied. I am an extremely happy user of Quickbooks.

We are using QBO more and more with our clients. Its great to use and very cost sensitive. The management reports it produces help us for planning and bank requirements. Clients find it easy to use and the document attachment ability was a leader in it's field. We are recommending QBO to our clients over it competitors.

Quickbooks have amazing support. I often have consultants checking in to see if the product is meeting my needs. I use the program for both accounting and bookkeeping purposes. The program is easy to navigate and there is plenty of training and self help information available. It is also a very cost effective product. I would highly recommend this product.

I am an accounting software consultant based in northern NSW, and have used QBO since it came to Australia. Competitively priced, it also serves some of my larger clients due to its flexible reporting capabilities with class and location tracking (P&L by division and job costing). All the features you would expect from a cloud accounting provider, and the vision for the future technology improvements is exciting, in particular voice commands via the app.

It is easy to use and very quick online software.

Customers can code their own bank feeds or connect to other software to enter their transactions.

The backup support team are always there on email, phone or chat to sort any problems or teach you how to do something.

They did the original training with myself and 2 staff on a Sunday to fit in with us.

I am an accountant who has used the Quickbooks software for well over 20 years and the new online version is awesome. The processing of transactions is literally completed in seconds saving heaps of time. The reporting is great. The software is easy to use. The customer service when you need help is awesome, nothing is too hard for them.
