Transaction was easy
quality design; but made of a MUCH thinner material than I thought it would be.

I never received my order and tried multiple times to reach out to the customer service team and no response. Very disappointing and I look to retrieve my payment

I have not received my order and have not seen any movement for the delivery service.

Ordering process is not that good. No updates in two weeks after order. I have no idea when where is shift or will be shipped or when I will be receiving. Did not like payment method as well. Do not like PayPal.

On Nov 14 I ordered shirt for my grandson, conf num V7GEQWH4Z and never got tracking number. I don’t know if shirt was ordered, shipped , or where it is and when will it be delivered.

Item was delayed and on top of it the design was messed up. They forgot to print scorpion on the left shoe and I didn’t ask for my name on the shoes to be printed 4 times

Love the shoes. The long 3 week wait was with it. Once you order be prepared to wait a little while.

Allow plenty of shipping time as product is coming from Korea. I tried to cancel order and they said it was pass the time to cancel. I ordered over 20 days ago and STILL shows in an airport in Hong Kong.

I would’ve been more obliged to give a better review if they gave any sort of communication on my parcel upon purchasing it. All I got was an email asking me to review something I never even received?? Not even a tracking number. In fact I had to email support just to be able to track the parcel.

You guys did wonderful job on my order

I placed my order a month ago and never received it. I emailed them asking the status and all I got was it’s in transit to the carrier. I asked for it to be canceled and was told it couldn’t. I’m disputing it with my credit card company

The order was finally delivered.I wouldn't have been in doubt if an order number and confirmation had been given at the beginning The quality is great.I would deal with your company again.

The sewing on the seams is showing white thread when it should be black so you can't see it. I hope it holds up after washing them.

Now that I've done it. It will be no problem next time. There will be a next time.

This shop sells other designer's work!!! Shame on you!

I have written one already but they really ticked me off. They got their money and I have nothing to show for it! I never even received an E Mail about when if ever it was shipped. Not happy at all if I could get my money back it would be nice !!!
