It worked perfectly without any issues during my travels in Malta, Italy, Switzerland, and the UK. The setup was simple and the connection was reliable everywhere I went. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone travelling in Europe!

Great customer support
eSim is a great company and I highly recommend it and its eSIMs. It was easy to download and install my eSIM (for Kenya). When it came to activating it after arrival in Kenya, although the company’s instructions were very clear, I made a small slip and the eSIM didn’t work initially. Using hotel Wi-Fi, I sent a message to eSIM about the problem. They replied quickly and very helpfully, and sorted out the difficulty. Customer service doesn’t get better than that!

eSIM for cruise to Caribbean
The process was really simple, I purchased a 5GB eSIM.sm for my wife’s phone and one for mine. Set them both up prior to leaving the UK and just did the necessary changes on arrival in the Caribbean. It was far better than trying to connect to unreliable on-shore wifi systems in bars and cafes etc. We found 5GB each was sufficient for our two week holiday for general browsing and WhatsApp messaging, calls etc. Very pleased with eSIM.sm and certainly more cost effective than the ship’s Wi-Fi package, obviously doesn’t work when at sea but for these short periods that was no great hardship.

Basically a smooth experience from downloading the e-sim to getting it working in Japan. I found it a little confusing but that's probably an age/generation thing(66)!!

eSIM for Caribbean Cruise
The eSIM I purchased worked just as well as I had hoped. I was on Caribbean cruise and when visiting islands and at times the ship was close to an island I was able to send and receive messages/photographs to keep in touch with family and friends. 5G lasted for the 2 weeks I was away
