Very sincerely disappointed by the support provided by this company. I wanted to order some products, but first I wanted to make sure they were CERTIFIED cruelty-free. Several emails in which the agent told me they were cruelty-free, but refused to send me a certification, and then when I asked for proof, they stopped responding.
It's a real shame because the CEO seemed like an honest person who loves animals, but unfortunately, he's poorly supported by an incompetent sales representative. I'm truly disappointed because if the products were good, I would have considered reselling them with other friends.
I conclude that these products hide animal suffering, which is unacceptable.

You didn't believe me when I said the products didn't work. You said I was the 1st out of millions of people. It works for you, you are taking. And that i wasn't putting in the work. You have no idea what I have done in the 30 seconds we were talking. You had attitude in your voice the entire time I was talking to you and very rude in what you said the entire conversation. I even asked you why you were so aggravated with me. Then you put me on hold for some reason, came back and said..with attitude... mama IS THERE ANYTHINF ELSE I CAN HELP YOU WITH. In the most rude tone. Because I was clearing bothering you, even though that is your job in customer service to take calls and help people. Complaints and all.
If you dont see a problem with how you handled this call, then that is the main problem. Horrible representation of this so called wonderful Company & product.
I so wish I wouldn't of never fell for this so-called wonderful product/company and wasted my money, time and 'work'. Even the lady I signed under left the company, so thats saying something there too.
I get it I won't be receiving my refund like I should, but I am sick of all the reviews saying how wonderful everything is about this... clearing that is lies. Its not.
I still reported this situation to the Better Business Bureau of Florida. People need to know its not all rainbows and sunshine with Quiari. I think you all are filtering out the 'real' reviews that aren't so wonderful.

Have used the shakes and Prime and the Prime leaves me with a lot more energy to get through the days. Totally love how you feel after. A couple days using it

I have never been much of a shake person, none have ever really passed the taste and texture test, but these shakes are delicious and have a smooth texture. Even in water! And their Energy tablets are also great with no jitters. Two 👍
