We had a lovely day visiting for the first time on 10/4/26 booked a highland cow experience the people who carried out the talk were very knowledgeable and the whole experience was great. Stopped off in the shops on the way out which we also enjoyed and stayed for lunch a wood fired pizza. Can highly recommend a visit here

Overpriced and under accommodating

21 pounds for children over 1 with no refund or credit note. Evidently a money greedy place. We booked a trick or treat trail and parked in the first car park as there didn’t appear to be many signs. The road is tight and looks one way. We arrived on time but had to walk a very long way to get to the trick or treat trail. By the time we got to booking in we was late and informed in a very condescending manner we would have to stand and wait in a ‘late line’ and just hope there would be an available spot!! The trail was nicely decorated but the entertainment was very poor and the children received around 4 sweets each in total. The music played in the 2 minutes acts was DEAFENING - to the point it petrified the toddlers. We were in a small group of around 7 children and only 2 weren’t absolutely terrified. There was 4 characters/acts which literally spoke for a minute and just danced for a minute. There was no real entertainment which was disappointing for 21 pound each. The tractor ride was ok despite the man jumping out the trees dressed in a dirty chicken outfit and terrifying my child again TWICE. he was hysterical. The staff all contradicted each other. All in all it wasn’t well put together or organised in my opinion and clearly no consideration for smaller/younger children, children with Sen or any type of disability or hard or hearing individuals. Not worth the price paid in my opinion. Wouldn’t reccomend and definitely wouldn’t revisit. Paths are also very slim so makes walking with a pram or wheelchair very inconvenient as have to stop constantly to allow others past
