Scam site. Am waiting for a refund on my credit card

This website has been identified as a potential scam and individuals are advised to exercise caution when engaging with it. I purchased a digital wall calendar/planner from an advertisement on a social media platform as a Christmas gift. As of the end of January, I have yet to receive any communication or product delivery related to this purchase. I've now received an email requesting I contact my bank and request a chargeback. Just give me a refund please!!!

I have also been scammed by this site, my email links have also gone to blank sites after the due date.

Definitely a SCAM ordered the family wall planner/organiser on 26/12/24 had a token note delivered by yodel saying there was a delay of a couple of days not even letterheaded etc by a company called SHAOKE so presumably they are in on the SCAM ASWELL ………AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Another scam... Ordered items before Christmas, have just tried to access the web site to track delivery only to find it doesn't exist.

FAKE ….i odered something from Quetra and received the confirmation email, the Track Order link did not work. So I went on the website and found out the order would be delivered between two dates 20days apart. Two days after the final delivery date I attempted to go back to the site to enquire has to when I would receive the item and lo and behold the website had disappeared. DO NOT BUY FROM QUETRA ITS A SCAM WEBSITE.

Wish I could give less than one star! Don’t deserve a rating at all! Wish I’d also read the genuine trust pilot reviews first and not the fake ones they have on the site!! Awful

This site is a straight up scam. Avoid! I ordered a product from them and it has never arrived.

I recently made a purchase from Quetra, expecting to receive the product I paid for. Instead, I was sent a printout by post—not the item I ordered. This is not just a mistake; it’s a deliberate scam.

Attempts to resolve the issue or get a refund have been ignored, and I now realize this company is running a fraudulent operation. I want to warn others so they don’t fall victim to this scam like I did.

Please avoid Quetra at all costs. Always research online businesses thoroughly before making purchases.
