We got our engagement ring at Queensmith and couldnt be happier with Giulio who helped us select our ring.

A few of our friends had got their rings from Queensmith so it was the first place we tried. We didn’t do much research before going and Giulio talked us through the various options for diamonds and let us try on all the options and discuss what we could achieve with our budget. We then went to a few other places in Central London, none felt as relaxed as with Giulio. We felt pressure to decide what ring I wanted, no judgement about our budget, no upselling or encouragement to spend more and, importantly, he made it a fun and personal experience.

We designed the band and chose the diamond with him. He presented us with the best option but we panicked and wanted to compare to other diamonds with different dimensions. Without hesitation, Giulio ordered a further option and booked us back in to see it, staying late to make sure we were happy and allay our fears. We then received a 3D prototype and a few weeks later got our ring.

This designing whole process was fun, exciting and so special for us and I am so grateful to Giulio for his time (and patience!) with us. Would highly recommend anybody to go to Queensmith and absolutely go with Giulio if you can choose!

I recently picked up an engagement ring which I bought online. I’m really happy with the quality of product and the service provided.

The entire team from Queensmith have been perfect when crafting our bespoke ring. From narrowing down our design and creating the CAD and 3D printed models to the communication from Adele & Ariela during the manufacturing process, it’s been a fantastic friendly friendly experience.

The quality and in house manufacturing provided by Queensmith is top tier and I’d recommend them to everyone looking to get the perfect ring for their partner.
