There is a real disconnect between the lovely staff in store and the really rude customer care assistant… she has ruined our experience.

Amazing experience, everyone was so friendly and couldn’t do enough, my partner bought my engagement ring here and then we both designed hers together, being two women we were made feel so comfortable and at ease ,it was such an enjoyable experience and staff were inclusive and caring

As with the engagement rings, the process around the wedding rings was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the initial consultation and the process of the handover was also excellent.

From the initial video consultation right up until the collection of the Ring everything was handled in a professional manner. Every member of staff I spoke to was thoroughly helpful and very enthusiastic throughout the whole process.

I really recommend booking a consultation at Queensmith. My partner and I booked a consultation at Queensmith and had the pleasure of being looked after by Manuela. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.

Manuela’s knowledge and expertise were outstanding, but what really stood out was her honesty and lack of bias. She took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, breaking down the options in a way that felt easy to understand and never overwhelming. She presented several thoughtful alternatives and guided us through them patiently until we found exactly what I loved in terms of style, design, details, and size.

There was no rushing, no pressure, and no upselling. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the entire consultation felt genuinely tailored to us. It was clear that Manuela’s priority was ensuring we found the right ring within our budget, and she went out of her way to realistically achieve that while being transparent and considerate throughout.

Highly recommend booking a consultation session with Lexia Khan.
She was very knowledgeable about the 4 C's of Diamonds and gave a very honest opinion on Mined vs Lab Grown Diamonds.
She was very helpful did not try to sell any of the rings to us, she just gave us all the information and allowed us to try many different styles and shapes and gave us all the information to make a decision.
She was very considerate and thoughtful and I would recommend anyone to use her.
