We run a bed and breakfast and for the first two years we used a different PMS system before moving to Q-Book. It was the best decision for our b&b to switch to them, the PMS is extremely easy to use and a great tool for a small b&b like us to monitor bookings, maximise revenue and manage the connection with third party sites like booking.com. By far the best part of Q-Book without a doubt is it's people and I have to mention Sophie, Katie & Jonathan, every time I call them or send through a ticket they are extremely fast at getting back to me. Always helpful and they always sort any issues or answer any questions I have. If you run a small hospitality business then switch to Q-Book they are so much better that others out in the market and competitively priced too.
I moved to Queensborough Group / Q-Book because I wanted a reliable setup that would prevent conflicts between my rates/restrictions and Booking.com. I raised those concerns clearly during onboarding and in follow-up calls, and I was advised the way my account was being set up would deliver the functionality I needed without these issues.
In practice, routine pricing updates via the XML connection led to closed rates and long-standing restrictions being reinstated/overridden on Booking.com, resulting in bookings being taken on terms I do not offer (including a discounted Christmas booking and a booking that breached an established arrival/departure rule). This caused a direct loss of earnings and a significant amount of time spent trying to untangle the problem.
The key point: when I raised this, I was told compensation is “not our policy”. So be advised — if there are mistakes at the hands of the provider, you should expect to absorb the financial loss yourself.
I cannot recommend this service if you need confidence that restrictions will remain locked and that the provider will stand behind their advice when it goes wrong.

Super easy to start up with Q Group, lots of guidance from the team to talk you through getting your property listed and on line quickly. The system is very user friendly and simple to use but with lots of extras. Reporting in particular is very useful. Its easy to update short need periods, or the whole date band. Set minimum stays or peak time restrictions. Team are very user friendly and down to earth. The website was easy to set up and maintain and I had no complaints from guests booking direct. Different options for payments, reg cards and standard pre and post stay emails. All in a really super and easy to use system. I would highly recommend moving over to Q Group.
We have been clients of QB for 5 years and I can categorically state that the customer service we have (and continue) to receive, is absolutely outstanding. I cannot praise the team high enough. There is ALWAYS a member of staff on the end of the telephone, email or Support Desk. The system, software and support is very user friendly, as a business model it is continually being developed, it meets the needs of our small hospitality businesses and is good value for money. We recommend their services to colleaugues and if you are carrying out research if this is a company that you wish to use for your channel manager/email/website requirements, I highly recommend you discuss your needs with one of the account managers. Sophie, Katie, Jon, & Jane are professional, friendly & extremely knowledgeable. Your level of expertise doesnt matter if you have a question, or need something explaining in more detail, they offer support that is straightforward, clear and personal. I have seriously never worked with such a great company in my life. We've been using QBook channel manager (Queensborough) for about 3 or 4 years now for our Glampsite and have just had a new website made through them which is beautiful, so user friendly both on laptop and mobile and for both user (You can do your own edits through QBook) and guests. What makes this company so special and stand out from other channel managers is the incredible customer service. Every single member of staff I work with is amazing. They always answer the phone for any queries, no complicated or go round in circles phone system and being put on hold, no call centre where you have to explain yourself again and again 58 times to resolve one problem, no ridiculous email only system where you have to wait for an advisor to come back to you, staff are always at the end of the line. They always have the answers I need all staff are faultlessly knowledgeable about the product, they always help, they are always so lovely to talk to and really go above and beyond. I've been approached several times by other channel managers and I won't change. The QBook channel manager itself is very user friendly even for someone who just has basic computer skills like me. Their charges are affordable and I just generally can't say enough good stuff about this company, except a massive THANKYOU for all the support I receive! I use a lot of booking channels and have had demo's from several other potential channel managers over the years but nothing compares in terms of customer service, ease of use and cost. If you are thinking of using a channel manager or changing, pick QBook!
We have been using Qbook for nine years. Straightforward, user friendly and simple to use.
So much so, that we rarely have need to call on them but on the rare occasions we do, the customer service is faultless and solutions provided for any issues we have.
Excellent customer services. All of the staff that I have spoken to are always very helpful and confident they will guide you step by step. I am not very technical so to be able to pick up the phone and speak to a human to help me solve problems or teach me a new thing is amazing, they are also very patient and I don't feel rushed off the phone they will wait on the line until you are happy with the outcome.

We have run a small campsite in West Wales for over five years now, and have never had a booking system.
We finally took the plunge and after doing some research we went with Qbook, as they seemed perfect for campsite owners.
Although in the early stages, we have been very impressed with their customer support, very quick to respond and very helpful.
A special mention to Katie and Jon, who have gone out of their way to make this an easy transaction.

We’ve been using Queensborough group for taking our online bookings for our caravan park and Glamping pods for the last couple of years now and wished I had done this far sooner! It’s made our lives so much easier and cheaper than using all the other booking sites for campsites. We do still use those sites as many are very well known so do need them but now they have the option to book directly on our website by using QBook. With all the sites linked directly with our Qbook booking system it means we'll not get double booked either it’s so quick easier and affordable plus the online support and phone support is fantastic a turkey highly recommended company and service!

Prior to joining Q books we had tried various booking systems before finally settling for Q books for our campsite. We have been very happy with the level of service provided. We made the mistake last autumn of moving away from Q books to another booking system for better access to the European market, / this was no reflection of any dis satisfaction with Q books. BIG MISTAKE.
But it made us realise how good Q books channel manager really was. Luckily we realised in time and moved back. If you have a problem the Q book team are easily contactable, very patient and helpful and you can trust the Q book team to sort it. The back up service is of particular importance when considering a booking system as we discovered. The Q book system has continually evolved and improved over the last 3 years we have been with them. We have just opened a B & B using the Q books as the booking system also using their website design service for our website. Again we have been very happy with the level of service. We will not be looking for a different booking system in the future and can highly recommend the Q book booking system and website design service.
