This is a global flower company. The biggest greenhouse is in Turkey. But salaries are very low. Turkish workers joined a union (DİSK/BTO-SEN). Management ignoring dialogue with union. Moreover sacked union delegate. Asking workers to resign from the union. Union-busting!
The flowers have now been delivered but they have been in a box for 3 days and have dried out and are half dead. i am so disappointed theses were for my mother's 80th birthday they were ordered with ample time to arrive on the 25th. i have talked with MRW your courier company and was informed that the delivery was late because you didn't provide them with the full address which was provided to you. i would like to arrange a refund as i am 100% dis-satisfied with the product and the service provided. i look forward to your responce Cinthia Stocco
The flowers are probably great, but the delivery do not fulfill the expectations.
It should arrive 2/4-2020 between 8 - 16 - and here 19:00 there are still not arrived 😒
