Wij willen de transitie naar een gasloze toekomst versnellen. 13% van de Nederlandse CO2-emissies komen van het verwarmen van de gebouwde omgeving met aardgas. Dat is ongeveer net zoveel als alle personen- en vrachtauto’s samen. Bij Quatt zijn we ervan overtuigd dat warmtepompen een bepalende rol gaan spelen in de toekomst van gebouwverwarming. In de nieuwbouw worden ieder jaar al grote aantallen all-electric warmtepompen geïnstalleerd, maar in de bestaande bouw beweegt de markt echter te traag. Voor de bestaande bouw is op de korte termijn de hybride warmtepomp het meest geschikt om snel en goedkoop veel gas te besparen. Outstanding service – Quatt delivered where others failed!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Quatt. The entire process—from the very first consultation to the final handover of a fully functional installation—was incredibly smooth and efficient.
​The customer service is at the highest level. What impressed me most was that Quatt took on the installation after another company rejected it due to noise regulations. As it turns out, this was a blessing in disguise. The other company installed solar panels for me, and after two months, they still don’t work! In contrast, my Quatt system worked perfectly from the very first minute.
​Technically, the device performs its task flawlessly, and aesthetically, it looks very professional and sleek. The accompanying app is simple yet professional and highly intuitive.
​I am so satisfied that I will definitely be adding more devices from their catalog in the future. If you are looking for a reliable, professional, and "can-do" company, Quatt is the way to go!

Great Hybrid Experience, But Uncertainty About the Full Electric Upgrade

I had a Quatt hybrid heat pump installed and the installation went quickly and smoothly. The system has been working well and I was very satisfied with the result.

Because of that good experience, I later decided that I wanted to go fully electric. I placed an order in 2025 to upgrade the system, also taking advantage of an early discount that was offered at the time.

Quatt came to inspect the house and we looked for a suitable place for the installation. The main challenge is that my boiler is located in the attic, while the new system would need to be installed in the kitchen. The physical space in the kitchen is fine, but technically the installation is currently not possible.

I contacted Quatt again and was told they are still testing solutions for this situation. However, after more than a year I am starting to doubt whether moving to the full electric system will actually happen. My first experience with Quatt was very positive, but this situation has made me less confident.

I was also considering ordering the Quatt Chill, but at this point I think I will wait. I would prefer not to end up waiting another one or two years before that can be installed as well.

A home battery installation has now taken more than a month and is still not operational.

Quatt advertises a 3–6 hour battery installation, yet ours has taken over a month and is still not working. The location approved by the sales team turned out to be illegal on installation day, leading to repeated delays, missing parts, and three separate technician visits. Even after the physical installation was finally completed, the battery still cannot be activated because it hasn’t been registered in Quatt’s system—despite being told this would be fixed within 24 hours.

A simple installation has turned into a long, frustrating, and completely avoidable ordeal. The service quality has been far below expectations.

I’m very satisfied with the Quatt heat…

I’m very satisfied with the Quatt heat pump — the product works perfectly, and the entire process with the company was smooth and professional. Communication and scheduling were clear, and the final result fully met my expectations.
The installation was handled by a subcontracted Dutch team with employees originally from the Czech Republic. They did a good job in the end, and everything functions flawlessly now. However, the installation day itself was quite stressful. The team seemed to be in a hurry to finish quickly and drive home for the weekend, which created the impression that they were rushing through the work.

A day before the installation, they called to ask if they could start at 7:00 a.m. instead of the scheduled 8:30 — on a Saturday. I found that unreasonable, as starting to drill through the concrete floor with a core bit at 7 a.m. would have caused serious noise disturbance. They kept pushing for 7:30 or at least 8:00, which felt quite unprofessional.

During the installation, the control unit failed to connect to my network, and at first they insisted it was my Wi-Fi’s fault and were ready to leave it like that. After I insisted that they check again, they replaced the control unit with a new one, which connected instantly — showing that the original one was defective. The replacement took about 1.5 hours, but after that, everything worked perfectly.

I would suggest that Quatt set clearer guidelines for their subcontracted installation teams — especially to avoid putting clients under pressure when the installers are short on time — and that weekend installations shouldn’t start earlier than 9:00 a.m. This would make the whole experience less stressful and more professional.

Overall, I’m very happy with the Quatt heat pump and the final result, but the installation process could be better coordinated to match the excellent quality of the product itself.

Quatt All Electric

I preordered Quatt All Electric at the beginning of this year. They advertised everywhere that the all-electric installation begins in the summer. But we are already in Autumn now. I still don't have a planned installation date. I can understand the pain of startups to keep up with their promises. But if they continue to break their promises then people will make their choice to other companies.

Poor customer service and management

I am extremely disappointed with the way our case was handled by your customer service representative. While the product itself may be good, the service we received was shockingly below standard. From my experience, the issue seems to lie specifically with the account manager who dealt with my request, but the lack of professionalism reflects poorly on the company as a whole.

If any of you ever face a technical issue with Quatt, be prepared — because based on my experience, you’re on your own.

I will never recommend Quatt to anyone. Their incompetence in managing invoices and their poor customer service have left me with no trust or confidence in this company.

I don't recommend quatt.

I don't recommend quatt.
In installed it as a friend of mine has it and recommended it. He said they are promising as it is full of tech and for me it worked well.
However, the first time I had a problem - 4months after installation, 10 days later nobody came to see the issue. Only emails that they will but nothing.

Edit:
Technician came, and was very helpful. Therefore, I am upgrading to 3 stars.
If things improve next 12 months and have no issue will update.

I got Quatt installed in beginning of…

I got Quatt installed in beginning of Feb this year. Everything went well from intak, planning and till the installation. And then the actual experience started which can increase anyone's stress levels to the maximum.

The installer removed the Washmachine(at the attic) outlet pipe during installation and put it aside towards a hole, and he forgot to connect it back after installation. Next day, The washmachine started to run and half an hour later, there was water leakage everywhere in the house and water came from attic through the hole till the Fuse box at ground floor and I had to shutdown electricity as there was a big risk.

We waited whole day without power at home and in the end of the day an electrician (from Quatt) came and fixed the electricity and told us everything is ok.

Several days later, when I got my energy bill I realized that My Solar panels stopped working exactly from the time when the leak happened and I lost lot of energy as it's almost a month my solar panels didn't work.

The worst problem is nobody from Quatt give a call to discuss the issue, and every time a different person will send you an email asking for same explantation 100 of times. They just want to kill your time, your patience and in the end your energy just to make you exhaust in some manner and they will do everything except helping you out.

I had really good experience in this country so far and this is the first time I am feeling cheated and disgusted just because I went with the trust that most companies work quite professionally here.
Along with that, I have explained to their customer service few times that I am an expat living here with my wife who is also a grade 4 cancer patient, so you can think about how difficult it is going for us with this stress.

Finally I have to come out and write this long review because I have tried all other ways to get my issue fixed with them without success.

Please think 10 times before going with this company guys, it's your hard earned money.

I request quatt representative to visit…

I request quatt representative to visit my house in Eindhoven.
He gave me estimation and offer where extra piping work was mentioned 250 euro.

I asked him to clarify and he told anything above 8m you have to pay 250 euro even if it is 50 cm.

Totally ridiculous
