The first box we opened there was 10+ that had broken zippers.
I need to do another big bulk order within the next week, but am reluctant to do so with the order I did receive this week.

Exemption Form was a fiasco
Exemption Form was a fiasco. Sent 4 times and still wasn’t right. Never received acknowledgement of shipping or tracking info. Called and someone answered the phone with just Hello. No company name. Shipment finally showed up with no help from you. Quantum has never been so bad.

This is the 4th year of buying items from you. I ordered toothbrushes this time and was very pleased with the quality. The buy 1 get 1 free sale made them even better. We were able to get all we needed for OCC for a very low cost. Shipping is also fast, which is also a great thing.

Fast turn around, reasonable shipping

Good Quality Products- shipping a bit slow and costly
The product quality appears good. However shipping cost was quite high- normally getting free shipping for orders of this size - and it took a few days to arrive (free shipping from other companies arrived 1-2 business days) …may affect if I order again

Ordering was simplified and the delivery was very fast. I am pleased with the Crystal Soft brushes. Though I would of preferred to order the Esprit Ulta-Fine Premium Series but it seems like one has to order a 72 ct of them. That’s way too many for just myself. I do receive one at my 6 month dentist visits.
