Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service. Taking AGES to respond to queries / grievances. And when they do (after much chasing I have to add), it is mostly lukewarm and not tangible value... If they care about customer service as much as they claim to be, they would be doing things to improve! But they are are not, hence costing over 250k in loses. Ive been trying now for quite some time to resolve this issue without success I have sent more than 30 emails now and they are ignoring me I have had to raise this with chasunah'ltd and take legal actions.
