While out of the country our Macbook Pro was stolen. We decided we didn't want to spend so much $ for replacement since we are still out of the country, After researching vendors of refurbished Apple products we came across Quality Macs. Were going to order and ship but realized we were going to be in San Diego for an 8 hr period. Via many emails back and forth, Quality Macs was wonderful in helping us decide on the model we wanted and having the order processed for the day we were able to pick it up. We arrived at their storefront and our order was ready to be picked up. We were given time to fire up our new but used Macbook and it worked perfectly. It has worked perfectly since we received it. We highly recommend Quality Macs for your Apple needs.
