Very poor experience

Very poor experience - I ordered a bundle (phone holder, bike mount, poncho) as the website had a statement specifically offering a gift (MAG bottle mount) if I ordered this bundle (otherwise I wouldn't have added the poncho). When the order arrived there was no bottle mount. I contacted customer service via live chat who initially tried to blame me, and said it had to be ordered "before 3 February" to get the offer. I explained that not only was the offer promoted to me when I placed the order, but I did this on 2 February, I even have a time stamped screenshot showing the offer as it was displayed on their website. The customer service rep then tried to argue that although I ordered on 2 Feb (their email to me confirming order is dated as such!), that it didn't count as it was 3 Feb in Australia!! Maybe they do not understand contract law. Very poor experience and still trying to get a resolution from them. My advice: look elsewhere

I liked the idea of the product

I liked the idea of the product, ease of use, and security, however my phone came off of the handlebar mount twice after ensuring it was locked and the blue tab wasn’t touched. I was left looking for my iPhone in the desert and a creek. Sadly I will be returning the setup as I cannot trust it. Also sadly I have to pay more money to return these items. Cool product idea but wasn’t as secure as I expected.

Great product and customer service

Great product and customer service.
I purchased the Quad Lock case and car kit. The case developed a fault after 1 year. I contacted the company and within 2 days I received a replacement. It was a very quick and easy process and evident they value their customers. Great to know companies like this still exist.

Top tier service. great product. fair pricing

The selection of products meant I could aquire mounts for my vehicle and 2 of my bikes. I seemlessly swap my phone between all three. Initially I selected the wrong case for my phone. Customer service helped me right away. Then about 1 year into ownership the magnetic ring started to fall out of the back of my case. I reached out and was helped again instantly - they explained the issue and sent me a replacement right away. It arrived days later and everything was resolved. The product itself works prefectly, the price is fair, the service is top notch. I'll be getting this system for my girlfriend. Im a fan

Great products. Fast delivery. Worth spending the extra £.

I originally bought a case and mount from them is 2021 for my Samsung S21+. I was hesitant for quite a while due to the price. Quadlock's products are not cheap. However, after almost 5 years, the mount is still going strong and I've just replaced my case as it was falling apart. In the same time frame, my wife has had at least 3 cheaper cases from Amazon and definitely spent more money on cases than I have in the same time period. The phrase, "Buy cheap, buy twice" has never been more appropriate. The case that's just been delivered arrived in less than 48 hours and was well packed. I bought a mount for my e-bike last year which was a big help when cycling with strava. At this point, I cannot speak highly enough of Quadlock.

First off I had an issue with Quadlock…

First off I had an issue with Quadlock and their customer service on a product I purchased on sale, only to have to return it, pay return shipping, and get told I have to pay more for it because it’s no longer on sale. (First experience with Quadlock, not impressed)

I thought I’d give them another chance. I purchased the iPhone 17 pro max case only to find out after the fact third party lens covers could have an issue fitting with the case. Well all lens covers are third party. I made Quadlock aware, they don’t plan on fixing the issue and told me they have issues with third party lens covers after purchasing. (So they were aware of the issue, However failed to mention that prior to having people purchase them.).

I asked if Quadlock has tested any third party camera lenses for compatibility and for a list and they still haven’t responded. Sigh. I hope no one else has to deal with this awful deceitful company!

The cup holder phone mount is superb. Sturdy and easy to use. Quad lock products are not cheap, however you pay for what you get.

Everything is good except the phone…

Everything is good except the phone case. Very slippery to hold (or drop) and doesn't offer much in the way of protection to the front of the phone. No raised sidebars at all.

I was hoping to use this as my day to day case, but it's not suitable for daily use, so I use my £4-99 silicon case for that because it offers much more grip and protection, meaning I have to change case each time I ride my motorcycle.

On the plus side, it's a very nice tight fit on the phone, so it won't jump out whilst riding my motorcycle.

Customer Service and Price of the product

Expensive case, probably worth it if you use your bike 2–3 times a day and want a secure, well-attached phone mount. I’m leaving 3 stars — minus one because I believe it’s overpriced for what it is; it could easily be a solid 4, maybe even 4.5-star product.

However, the choice of shipping provider in Europe (GLS) is terrible. The product was neither delivered as promised nor on time. As a professional tennis player, no one wants the ball on his side ; I’d say both sides are blaming each other: GLS claims QuadLock took too long to package, and QuadLock blames GLS for shipment issues.

The fact is, I overpaid for a case that hasn’t arrived on time, despite waiting an extra 2 weeks — it was supposed to take 3–5 days to France. I’ll update my review if you switch to a more reliable courier (DHL or Chronopost, for example).

New low in terms of customer service - brazen lies to avoid refunding.

New low in terms of customer service - possibly the worst I've ever come across. Not just poor, but outright dishonest. The agent literally lied to me about the charges that would apply to my return.

My original review on this matter was that I accidentally ordered the wrong case and tried to cancel the order an hour later but "computer says no" - the order was already at the warehouse and was sent out to me regardless.

I was informed that I need to pay a return fee of £6.99 - which is pretty poor by any modern standards, but especially when I tried to cancel the order long before it was ever shipped.

After explaining this situation in an online review, I was contacted by a Quad Lock agent who agreed to refund the £6.99 "just on this occasion".

Okay, but when it was returned I had to chase for days sending multiple emails being ignored or lied to. One agent brazenly told me that the agreement was to return the "restocking fee", not the "shipping fee" and that had been done. Although the catch was, the "restocking fee" was £0.00 so that's how much I would get. THERE IS NO RESTOCKING FEE so this was just a total lie to fob me off.

Eventually someone did refund the shipping fee and offered me 20% off my next purchase as compensation for being lied to about the fake re-shipping fee in order to avoid paying me my £6.99.

I refused the 20% because what it's worth (£10 maybe??) is an insult when I was being lied to by the agent originally. I hope disciplinary action has been taken but I would never go back to this deceitful company for business.

i have been using quad lock for the last couple of years and now i changed my phone so i had to buy new case for my new phone. the products are very good quality but a bit expensive. the only problem i am facing is when i have to mount my phone on the stands. i don't know if someone else has the same problem.

The quality of Quad Lock products and their patented system is unquestionable, but the overall purchasing experience is disappointing. Even on my second order, shipping to Italy is unacceptably slow, making it clear that this is a structural issue. I placed the order on January 10th and I am still waiting. The website guarantees delivery within 6 business days, yet 8 business days have already passed, with no meaningful updates. For a brand of this level, such a logistics service is simply inadequate. - La qualità dei prodotti Quad Lock e il loro sistema brevettato non si discutono, ma l’esperienza di acquisto è deludente. Anche al secondo ordine, le spedizioni verso l’Italia risultano inaccettabilmente lente: è evidente che il problema sia strutturale. Ho effettuato l’acquisto il 10/01 e sono ancora in attesa. Sul sito viene garantita la consegna in 6 giorni lavorativi, ma ne sono già passati 8, senza alcun aggiornamento concreto. Per un brand di questo livello, un servizio logistico del genere è semplicemente inadeguato.
