Not comparable with iPhone 17
If you have an iPhone 17 and want to use wireless charging don’t buy a Quadlock - there is a known issue that can prevent wireless charging. It doesn’t work with the Apple wireless charger or in any of the cars that I’ve tried to use it in. This isn’t declared by Quadlock on their website. If they had I would probably have purchased another system to use on my bike.
Quadlock,s customer services told me to buy one of their wireless charges or to return my case - if I did the latter I’d need to buy a whole new system for my bike which would cost me even more money.
I suspect that Quadlock were aware of this when they tested their prototypes but didn’t sort it out!
Overall I’m very disappointed with Quadlock and I will not be using their products when I upgrade my phone again.

iPhone 17 Pro Max MAG - disclosure
I’ve used Quad Lock products for years and generally rate their quality highly.
However, I recently bought a phone case with a known issue affecting the camera control button.
This wasn’t mentioned on the product page before checkout — the note only appeared after payment.
A spare button and video guide were supplied to fix it, which worked fine, but I felt the lack of upfront disclosure was not transparent.
I contacted Quad Lock support on three occasions about this. On the third occasion, they acknowledged my point and confirmed they would review how this information is presented on the product page.
I’m sharing this review in the interest of transparency for other customers, and to note that Quad Lock has now agreed internally to flag the issue more clearly at the point of sale. Otherwise, their customer service was polite and professional throughout.
I am yet to test the camera control fix.
In my experience, their products are excellent with reassuring continuous research and development.

Design flaw means your screen is not protected
I used the quadlock standard case for iPhone SE2020 without a screen protector - the case is solid and attaches securely to the bike mount.
However, I recently upgraded to an iPhone 16e and only Mag cases are available for this model. The case again is solid and fits securely BUT the case de-fitted up the screen protector I bought to protect the screen, lifting it up at the corners.
This is a design flaw, there is a lip that is way too tight around the edges. I reapplied the screen protector after fitting the case but the problem remains.
So, quadlock protects your phone, but not the screen! Their own screen protectors are more expensive (£12+delivery for ONE) and someone in an online forum reported the same issue.
I reported this to quadlock and asked for mod suggestions or workarounds, but they did not respond. You need to find a screen protector that doesn't go all the way to the edges of the screen. Someone else on a forum said they sanded the edges of their case down.

Terrible customer response to item lost in the mail
Royal mail lost the delivery, lots of emails back and forth with the customer 'care' team who basically said nothing they could do, and they would offer a credit but wouldn't refund until I could send the item back! How can I send the item back if I never recieve it.
Thankfully did a chargeback with my bank. Won't be purchasing from them again. Looking at the reviews it seems they have had this a few times, had I had know I would not have ordered.
Take some responsibility Quadlock and stop blaming your customers for goods not delivered!

Worst customer support ever
Worst customer support ever. My order was not delivered by Royal Mail with a reason of the address being wrong. I checked the address, it was correct and Royal Mail always delivers my packages. I have been trying to get a response from Quadlock but no chance of hearing anything back from them! I so regret that I tried to do good for them and purchased from their website.

MagSafe lies
They call this support but what they have done is make me buy their products for years (mounts, cases, wallets, etc) so I am locked into their ecosystem, but then they make cases advertised as MagSafe compatible but for two years with 2 products (15 Pro and now 16 Pro) they are not. I think it’s fair they should refund me for all the products that are now defunct but they have refused. They offered me 30% off a charger which they no longer sell. Really helpful.
Anyway I will make it my mission to let the world know how bad your products are now. They are nothing but liers. Which is a shame because up till their (non)MagSafe cases, I was very happy.

No delivery but no refund…
Used the product for years over various phones without issue. Considered myself a fan and recommended them to friends.
However, my most recent order was not delivered. Eventually we agreed the first order was lost in post but Quadlock takes no responsibility for this! They state: “I understand that you want to get a refund. As we have shipped out the order but the delivery is the carrier's responsibility you will need to create the claim or dispute with the carrier and the police report to get the compensation for their delivery.”
Bizzare customer service and probably illegal.

ID Fraud
These last 3 days have been very stressful for myself as I found out a stranger that purchased a case and only a case from myself on vinted managed to use my personal details that you quadlock held, full name, personal details, email address, and billing details and address to obtain goods from yourself at no cost to him under false pretences.
Not once did you check information with the actual buyer of the goods, that being myself, you did not email to ask if what you were being told was right or raise concern that the individual only messaging you on your own silly chat bot and email was in actual fact using a totally different postal address from the person who placed the order and you did not raise concern or check further details.
This person was claiming up to 100 pounds of goods of what i had paid for using my name my order number and making false claims but yet still gave you a totally different address to send goods and you did nothing but happily send those goods out.
Your security is a disgrace for your customers who spend a great deal of money with yourself.. I found out because you sent me an email of what was being sent, if you could do that you could have checked but the worst of it was when i was chatting to your staff members 4 times and tried to stop this and sent proof of fraud and identity theft lo and behold you did not a thing and the i get royal mail with a photo showing me the goods handed to him at his front door..
I am taking this matter fruther with police and action fraud and I am disgusted at your companies prodedures and response to this ID Fraud and I am more than happy to inform others of this incident, I am still awaiting your replies to 4 emails as well as conversations with staff with no resolve...
This is what it results in having to take the issue further I am deeply stressed and upset at this ..
Great customer service and delivery
Great customer service and rapid delivery.
I ordered a few mounts and wireless charging bases. I chose the standard free delivery and my order arrived in 2 days, amazing.
I then realised I'd accidentally ordered too many wireless bases. I contacted Quadlock to start a return of the extra base. They replied on a Sunday? and they just said to keep the base. Fantastic service. Can't fault them.
Good bike mount but problems caused by thickness.
Pros: great bike mount, solid case, screen protector very high quality + easy to apply. I believe there is no better case for when you are mounting phone to bikes, it's a great (if expensive) solution.
Cons: the case is too thick. It does not fit in the wireless charger holders in coaches, does not fit in VOI scooter phone holders etc. Basically there is a critical dimension for phone thickness and this case is over by a few mm. It's also thick in your pocket.

I purchased the Quadlock for my iPhone…
I purchased the Quadlock for my iPhone to mount on my motorbike. Case had a slight issue, so i contacted Quadlock. A couple of emails later and all was resolved with a replacement part. No fuss, no hassle, just excellent support and very quick turnaround. So a bit THANKS to Quadlock. A great product from a great company.
Great Cycling Solutions For My iPhone
Great solutions for using my iPhone while cycling. The Brompton handlebar mount, iPhone case (with “poncho” for when it rains) and screen protector (the best I’ve ever had) are all excellent. The case in particular is a perfect fit for my iPhone and extremely sturdy too.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service, vibration damper broke my phone camera. Multiple emails to quad lock, finally got a response to send pictures and videos. Waited a week no reply for them to now message and say they haven’t heard from me!! 1 broken iPhone later and £95 down from buying their parts. No refund for a waterproof case I returned 3 weeks ago either!!

Bunch of clons at customer service
If anyone thinks about using the 2 year warranty, don't bother. This company's cistomer service is awful.
My bike was send into BMW and they advised me my 12v smart cable was still drawing power even when on "Auto".
I have spend the last week taking photos and videos for these clowns to prove my situation but still nothing.
13 emails in 7 days is a joke. Would think it wpuld be 2/3 emails max and would get sorted.
Shocking customer service
Non-existent customer service. I received a broken product, order QL-UK-689980. I have been trying to contact them for two days to no avail.
I feel I got scammed and will get my money back through PayPal.
Avoid quadlock, plenty of alternatives out there. These guys are Mickey mouse business and could learn a thing or two from Chinese suppliers.

Great product and quick delivery. Very happy with the Quadlock Out Front Mount Pro and case for my Samsung phone. The phone locks in very well and it is a pleasure to use.
