Waste of money. Doesn't remove any wax from your ears. Tried this product with no success then tried a regular ear bud which removed wax.

I placed my order 4 weeks and 3 days to be exact and I still haven’t received my order. I also emailed the company on several occasions and still haven’t got a reply. Neither have I received a refund as yet. At this moment of time I really don’t know what to do in order to get my money back.
Anyone thinking about ordering from this company please don’t as the customer experience is terrible.

This is a con. Taken my money but never sent the product. Each reply to my emails is the same thing. Please allow delivery time although it clearly states 1-2 working days for delivery. I ordered on the 28th Dec obviously allowing time due to new year and the lock down but I'm yet to receive my item. Hopefully will get a refund. Don't use this company !!!

Don’t waste your money on this product IT DOSENT WORK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having read supposed reviews from satisfied customers I was quite excited to think that this could be the answer to my ear wax issues. How stupid I was. Doesn't go anywhere near the wax in my ears let alone remove it. I tried softening the wax with olive oil but still no joy. A complete waste of money! isn't even worth 1 star in truth! Unfortunately ear syringing is no longer available on the NHS so I could have used the money I wasted on this product to get my ears syringed privately!!
SORRY BUT USELESS!!

This product and the company who sell it are nothing more than a fraud. The product received is poorly made and when I attempted to return it to them as they advertised that I could, I had to send it to China at a cost of $18.00.The cost to obtain a proof would have been $80.00 almost twice the cost of the product. They jerked us around and then PayPayl denied my claim as they insisted they needed signed proof of the return of the product

This is the worst product I've ever bought online. Doesn't work even slightly and cannot return. Don't buy.

First of all I can’t get the tip to stay on. I have to shove it on and quickly put in ear. I use it as the instructions and video shows but it doesn’t get anything out. This does not work. I tried using several different tips thinking maybe that was the issue but this doesn’t work. I do not recommend this product.
I’ll go back to rinsing with warm water as I shower.

This device pushed the earwax to the back of my ear, causing hearing loss for several days. It is a dangerous tool that can damage you ears.

The product doesn't work and they do not reply to my emails. Do not buy this product, I purchased from officialqtwists.co.uk but there doesn't seem to be anything 'official' about it. I was silly and although I usually look for reviews before ordering, I don't think I did this time, kicking myself now.

I leave a review with 'NO STAR' for an ear cleaner from Q-TWIST I recently purchased in order that people do not buy and not be cheated by the advertisement.
-delivery takes ages: shipped from Hongkong
- it made in China, not given sufficient information
-It is a weird company: Purchase from Q-TWIST
website but order confirmation from Pandashop &
customer support from another name.
Anyway, I tried it but it is not working as they advertise and quality is not good and their web site the product is packed in a case but it was in a crushed small plastic bag.
DO NOT BUY, WAIST TIME & DO NOT BE CHEATED.
