DONT USE THESE MOVERS
DONT USE THESE MOVERS. They quote they will do three hours and one hour travel time for $420 however they count the travel time on them to get back to their homebase. This is not what I was told when they originally gave me the quote. The travel time was only going to be counted for during the move. They are NOT honest and are probably putting in their own good reviews.
This review speaks the truth. You were not in the conversation I had with Joy regarding the travel time. at no point was I told the travel time included the travel time back to your Your Location. As far as a 55 minutes goes that’s quite an exaggeration. There also appears to be some scratches on the kitchen floor that we’re not there prior to the Movers. The $420 - $525 was a range yes but I was told several times $420 it would be in our case. These are all facts. I rarely do reviews, but in this case, you left me no choice. Dishonestly has no place here or anywhere On top of that moving is stressful enough.

Had a great experience they were able to move everything from my apartment quickly and efficiently. I will say they are very friendly and respectful. They are also very affordable compared to other moving companies in Chicago. If I move again I'll definitely be using them again.

We had informed you in advance that, under such circumstances, there was a risk of items being damaged.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE. I used another company initially to move and they couldn't make it on time so they sent this company. The movers were over matched to move my 3 items. I understand small scratches and minor moving issues, I get that. These movers DENTED my Samsung refrigerator in three places and have offered me $150 dollars. The doors are $350 a piece and Kyle basically told me that's all he's going to give me. I was not offered additional insurance to cover my product and fooled by the good reviews DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My next step is BBB.
UPDATE: The response is a untrue unfortunately. I just moved in my house. There was no communication about additional movers PERIOD. There was no communication about small cooridors and the refrigerator was there already and why it was damaged. Understand t I never spoke with ANYONE from the company until they arrived and when they left. I called about refrigerator and spoke to Alex then. He then unprofessionally told me the workers were fired. Why are they no more with the company? Sincerely disappointed and frustrated with this company's actions.

Before the move, we did inform you that the refrigerator was quite large and that the narrow doorways would make the process difficult. We also explained that extra time and additional movers were necessary to minimize the risk of damage. You responded that you were in a hurry due to it being the last day of your lease and requested that we proceed regardless of the risks involved.
While we always do our best to handle items with care — even under challenging circumstances — unfortunately, the combination of limited access and urgency made it impossible to guarantee a damage-free move.
We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again under better conditions.

The highlight of a good experience at this company is that the movers (Michael and Hass) were very patient and took the wishes of the customers into account. They not only listen but they act on it as well to make sure you have a smooth experience. None of my things were harmed. I wholeheartedly recommend their services!
