Do not be fooled by the obviously manufactured 5-star reviews on this page. The genuine 1-star reviews reveal the truth about how this company operates, and my experience was no different.

I used their service for physical promotional flyers. At no point during signup or setup was I clearly notified of a "free trial," nor was it made transparent that keeping the QR codes live would require a forced annual subscription costing hundreds of dollars. They bait you into printing physical materials, wait until your campaign is live, and then deactivate your links to hold your work hostage for exorbitant annual fees.

To make matters worse, when they attempted to process an unauthorized payment of nearly $200 USD ($275+ CAD) - far beyond what was ever disclosed - my financial institution flagged and blocked it immediately for suspected fraud.

Before support replies to this review with their canned boilerplate excuse about "clear terms and conditions" or "free trial periods": save it. Your pricing model is deliberately deceptive, hidden behind fine print, and designed to trap independent creators and small businesses.
This entire experience, along with screenshots of the deactivation demands and deceptive billing attempts, has been documented and formally submitted to consumer protection bureaus (including the BBB) and payment processing fraud departments. Avoid this scam at all costs and use static QR code alternatives instead.

Fast, no problems, did had to make an account though

Once you get through your free trial your options are only for annual prices starting at $130 a year. I accidentally read it as monthly not annually (I was coming home from my grandmothers funeral and was not in the right mindset) once I realized my mistake I attempted to ask for a refund for my error, they denied it. This company is only after your money.

Avoid this service. It was not clearly communicated that I was signing up for a trial. I created my QR code and went to print believing it was free, only to find out afterward that the trial had expired and payment was required to keep it active.

They advertise a monthly rate, but customers are forced into an annual subscription with no actual monthly billing option available. Customer support is limited to an unresponsive automated chat. Given how quickly they provide pre-written responses for billing complaints, this is clearly a frequent issue that they choose not to fix.

The pricing structure feels misleading and I would recommend avoiding them.

The site was very easy to quickly create a QR code. There are many configuration options as well.
