The company will enroll you in yearly auto renewals (to the tune of over $200) without your permission. They will refuse to refund when you find out. This is a horrible company. Do not ever purchase services from Bitly.

I reported wpengine dot com on sunday as I received a phishing email pretending to be from Avida Finans. Avida Finans confirmed the phishing Email was not sent by them.
Further, the link in the email asking to confirm your details was to this domain qrco dot de.

Hence I report it, be careful, stay away.

We woke up to the Internet not working. By the end of the day it was up and running. Not an easy fix. A new wire needed connecting.
Bitterly cold today for working outside today.

I'm giving a 5 star experience on our installer Stefan as he was a very funny and nice guy, great customer skills and dedicated to getting the job done, even though our wire had been fitted on the wrong house, he got on the phone and told them to get down to our home and get it done as soon as, and did not mess around. Once this was done he was 10 more minutes and had us all set and ready for our Internet, so massive thanks to Stefan for getting it done 👍

Matrix Clinician called to let me know when she'd be arriving. She was on time, very polite, listened to my concerns, knowledgeable in her profession. She had a caring attitude. The only request that I have is to not wear any type of perfumes when doing a health visit.

It's a total scam. You get a text from a random number telling you to take immediate action about something. In my instance it was to do with Winter Fuel Allowance which I know I'm not entitled to. It's a link to a dodgy website that looks the real deal but is actually just trying to get information. Avoid at all costs.
