Let down by this supplier too many times.

Ordered from them over a week ago along with some overseas orders at the same time. Have already received the international orders while Qosmedix hasn’t even shipped theirs yet, full of excuses as to why the product hasn’t shipped yet in over a week, offer no assistance. As a supplier they claim their hands are tied. Have been ordering from them for over a decade, I think it’s time to find a new supplier after all of these years.

Edit: It’s now been 2 weeks since ordering and shipment has still not been processed.
