Back in January, Arvind from Quovartech called me to offer website design and Google campaign support for my construction business in North London. At first, I was sceptical — I get so many calls from unknown foreign numbers these days, and with all the scams going around, I honestly didn’t know what to believe.

But I decided to give it a try, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Arvind quickly added me to a WhatsApp group with a full team of specialists, and they got to work straight away. I didn’t realise at the start that behind Arvind there was an entire team in their Delhi office — genuinely hardworking, skilled people who made a huge difference for me. They redesigned my website and launched the campaign, and within about three months my sales had tripled.

Something else happened that really proved their integrity.

I had an automated PayPal payment of £300 per month active on my account (which I had authorised), but I honestly didn’t realise it had been failing — it bounced three times. Then last week, PayPal took a single payment of £900 in one go to cover the three missed months. That wasn’t Quovartech’s fault — it was mine, because I forgot to cancel the automated payment and didn’t notice it was overdue.

I was in shock when I checked my bank account. My first reaction was panic, so I messaged the WhatsApp group immediately to explain what had happened. The response I got was simply: “Don’t worry.”

Within 10 minutes, they refunded the full £900.

That, for me, was the real proof of what kind of company they are. They could have kept it, and it would have caused a serious problem for me — but they didn’t hesitate. They treated it like it was nothing.

On top of our Marketing & S.E.O. package we also agreed a deal to have them build a new website for us. First of all they did an in detail review of our current website highlighting where there were problems and flaws. I then spoke with the Team and we agreed on an idea and what we wanted. UPDATE 5 NOV 2024: So I raised a claim with PayPal, to which this company responded DAYS later, saying they had started work etc even though they have no access to my google search console or admin on website. They had a Diwali festival, apparently, as to why they didn't respond to me initially, but seriously if you had some important festival to attend to, you would have an out of office email on alerting possible customers as to why you are not responding. They kept saying they would send a refund, if I wanted. They did not.
In fact, this was one of their responses. How awful.
"we are analysing the issues sir pls don't be stressed. it's just 100 pounds not 1 million pounds there is no reason to lie. if you don't want we will refund but pls have some manners and be professional. we are happy to refund . i am not sure why you back to us again when we are scammer? it doesn't make any sense"
Haven't I requested a refund countless times, so why do you not provide it STILL? You say you are happy to refund. Clearly you are not happy to refund. £100 is a lot of money when you need it.
Anyhow, I have escalated it to a claim on PayPal and PayPal are still waiting to hear from these people. They are just playing games. They are absolutely awful. Please, if they get in touch with you via cold email, do not consider working with them. They do not care about clients. Just holding onto money for as long as they can.

This was my second time contacting them, and I am disappointed with their lack of response, especially after I paid them in advance. Removed them as an admin from website and from search console, and filed a complaint with PayPal. I'm sure they will be touch tonight. Sadly, I had to act in such a way to get a response, and they will probably be nasty with me, as a member was the first time.

Previously I signed up with their services to help website promotion, backlinks etc after I was cold emailed from them, and we agreed a price. I got cold feet overnight so I cancelled the automatic payments with PayPal and the member got very nasty. Said he had summoned a team overnight to complete my project, and said he was going to deduct £50 for the inconvenience. I got my whole £100 back. He said many vile things to me, and then apologised afterwards. Even offered to complete the work and then I pay them at the end of the month (this was a lie).

Everyone has the right to change their mind, as I did. I have been scammed on several occasions and it really knocks the trust out of you, as it has me. Their lack of responses to me, when I have mentioned that I have been scammed in the past, goes to show that it was a mistake to contact them again, and pay. I will get my refund from PayPal, as I have received no service, but it's stress that I don't need.

Great company. Very responsive and they put attention into to every detail you ask of them. They have done a good job at getting my Google ad ranking well on listings. So far it’s been a positive experience.
