Originally we only needed help transferring a few specific files over from our previous provider to our Qonzer server. Turion offered a full server file migration at no added cost and the whole process itself took less than 5 minutes to complete.

Hands down the best game server hosting service I've ever used, & I've used a LOT. Excellent customer service with quick replies & no AI chatbot nonsense. Powerful servers with competitive prices that don't leave my wallet crying. What are you waiting for? Host through Qonzer already!

first off, any issues i had have been resolved in a fast manor, one of the crew was able to sit in a call with me and walk me through things i was struggling to understand. when i put in a request to speak to someone i was connected with a person in a matter of seconds unlike other places where I've had problems and they've given me an ai then hours later i get hold of a person and special thanks to turion for all the help ive been receiving

That's a lot of pros in the title. It's true though.

Qonzer is incredibly efficient in getting everything set up and ready to go, even if you have to transfer that information from another server. They were able to do this for me promptly within minutes, and I was ready to go with a brand new server. Much more affordable as well!

Turion was excellent in helping me with all of my needs and ensuring a successful startup. I 100% recommend these guys over competitors!

Switching to Qonzer from my previous provider (whom I won't name out of respect to the hardworking staff at Qonzer) was a fantastic decision. Server restarts used to take about 15 minutes, by which time players have long since moved on to another server or game entirely.

This problem was immediately solved with Qonzer, by the time you can get the server name typed in (at least on Path of Titans) the server is back up. Not to mention their pricing system is spectacular and, if I'm not mistaken, you're able to upgrade your package at any time to your needs without much hassle at all.

The interface is beautiful, informative, and simple to understand and use even for beginners.

Last but certainly not least is the staff! Kira is genuinely the most helpful server provide representative I have ever met hands down. Dedicated, knowledgeable, and will certainly go to great lengths to help you as a customer. She's set up several bots for me and has even assisted in resetting the server to a fantastic state after I broke it horribly.

Qonzer is the best server provider for the price. Hands down.

Edit: it is now April 15th, 2024. I switched from Palworld to Enshrouded server and it was an incredibly smooth transition. Customer Service did it for me within a reasonable timeframe after the request. Incredibly easy to configure as always. Thank you, Qonzer.

100% would recommend. The costumer service is top notch, I was having trouble moving my own dedicated server onto another but they helped me move it with all the progress saved so my friends and I won't have to worry about having to restart all over again. I can't recommend this enough amazing service.

We have been hosting servers for a new game (Palworld) which generally does not have a lot of features for dedicated servers. The Qonzer team has been incredibly responsive and helpful with getting this game to work, and has built out more features for this game on request after I talked to support.

Getting way better performance than I would on another hosting site. I also get the actual data and info from my server and set up, and they don't charge per slot which is like revolutionary! Love it.

While setting up my Minecraft server, the host providers frequently checked with me to see if everything was alright and promptly helped me when they were available when I needed assistance.
My Minecraft server runs very smoothly and the features available in the server panel are outstanding, allowing me to view server physical hardware performance in real-time and protect my server with DDOS protection.

Although Qonzer is very small, consisting of 2 staff at the moment, they provide more service and dedication to their craft than most other providers out there. Not only because of the immense price value they provide, but the personalized service has made my decision to stay with Qonzer.
