Qonzer has very excellent support, very friendly and helpful.

Performance is good. The panel is a bit confusing and could use a rework, but it's manageable.

I am disappointed with the support system. During hosting-side issues, ticket submissions are suspended, preventing timely assistance. Outage notifications are infrequent and often delayed, which makes it difficult for users to stay informed. Because resolving problems requires a certain degree of technical expertise, this service may not be suitable for all users.

Support is super great and helpful. I was hit with DDOS attacks but after I switched they stopped. Great protection, no issues for months

Server performance is great, the panel is very easy to use and configure, and they have probably the best, most chill, down to earth support staff I have ever seen -- and I work in IT support. The support tech Echo was incredibly personable and very helpful, and even went beyond the support I asked for and asked about general performance and gave some helpful advice. By far the best support staff I have ever spoken with!

Support staff was very helpful with helping transfer save data from another provider. Every question I've had has been answered promptly and expertly!

Almost 1 month of use, I use VDS in Singapore and everything is fine, VDS performance is great, support team is quite genuine

Cost is good compared to other companies. They're very communicative when server issues arise and will do their best to help resolve. The servers run on pretty good hardware so you won't have to worry much about too many add ons for your server. Other companies just make it difficult where you have to adjust and pay for every bit of hardware upgrade. Overall really good experience.

Very good servers, but it's really the help and support service they offer, which is very fast and effective. Don't hesitate to sign up for this service. It's more expensive than the others, but it's well worth it.

One of the best support teams i've seen out there.

I rented a small game server, had some payment issues at the start due to my card provider, nothing to do with Qonzer, yet the support investigated the issue with me when i contacted them and went in depth to find out what happened and explained clerly what happened and how to proceed.

Then I upgraded the server to the next tier, but due to a back end process the upgrade didn't reflec ton the actual server, again i contact the chat support, and within less than 10-15 minutes, the upgrade is reflected.

I ended up requesting a cancellation within 5-7 days, due to the game not meeting my expectations, the cancellation had nothing to do with the server or service. i asked the chat team again what the cancellation process was, and they surprised me with a cancellation within 7 days gets a full refund. and did that immediatly without giving me any hassle at all.

the experience as a whole from the support team was absolutely stellar, I had some hickups with the server upgrade and payment, but both were promptly addressed in a very professional and satisfactory manner.

Hosting Is Amazing! Very Fast Service. Had Very Few Issues and When I Have, They Jump On it Very Quickly. Highly Recommend!

Best Game Hosting out there. In comparison to others they are really transparent with what hardware you get in your package. 0 Issues for multiple months and instant support no matter the time and day. I run 3 servers so far, 2 for rust 1 for V rising, V rising was upgraded from diff host, and players noticed huuge diff in server performance no more complaining about random server crashes, lags or memory leak. Totally worth your money!

The website can be a little slow at times and buggy
However they have a extremely fast support team that is extremely nice
NOT bots they do not use AI you can actually meet the support staff in their discord
Genially recommend the hosting website
and if you cant do something in the website you can export all the files and then use that to make whatever changes you couldn't
