Absolutely fantastic brand

Absolutely fantastic brand their customer service is 2nd to none, really quick efficient replies dealing with any queries or issues very professionally the clogs are absolutely gorgeous. They are amazing quality and super Comfy. They didn’t even need breaking and they were Comfy from day one super stylish super durable and would buy again.

I ordered a EU 46 and they were…

I ordered a EU 46 and they were marginally too small for me. I contacted Ashley and her team, and they told me they had a donations based scheme for exchanges, which is awesome and so positive. I gave my EU46 to a close friend and they sent me some 47. All timely communications. Would highly recommend the clogs and the company.

Such a good service from Qomfort!

Such a good service from Qomfort!
I ordered what I thought was the correct size, but unfortunately they were too big!
I contacted the customer service team and after donating them to the local clothes bank, and providing them with a photograph of proof of donation, Qomfort emailed to say my new size was ordered and on its way, free of charge!
Really, really good service - thank you 😊

You Get What You Pay For

These shoes are a testament to the old adage - "you get what you pay for".

As much as I wanted to really like these dupes, I just don't. I ordered my normal size based on their sizing chart and they fit ok, however the footbed material they use does not form to my feet, I've been wearing the sandals for a month now and they are still flat.

The customer service is good, the courier company they use in Canada lost one of my orders and they sent me a replacement order which arrived quite fast. So for that they get the 3 stars.

I will continue to wear these around the house and in the garden but if I really want a good quality sandal that is made to last and can be refurbished I will always stick with Birks.

High quality company

I had to make an exchange, and instead of having me send the shoes back, they had me donate them to a local charity, which I really love. The shoes are great, comfy, and every bit as quality as the bigger name brand shoe, just way less expensive!

I ordered a pair of clogs and a pair of…

I ordered a pair of clogs and a pair of slippers in my usual size, when they arrived and I tried them on they were too small, I emailed to enquire how to return them. I was informed that as long as proof of them being donated they would then process an order for the next size, great providing you can take them to a charity shop or clothes bank. I then emailed again asking what would happen if these replacement ones were too big, but you can only do a return/ donation once. So to be on the safe side I have requested a refund as I don't want clogs or slippers I can't wear. I have now emailed them 2 possibly 3 times requesting this information and I still haven't received a reply. The delivery also took longer than I expected it to.

Chemical smelling and feel cheap

Honestly the chemical smell when I first took these out of the packet was overwhelming. I just came back from Bali and they smell and feel like the knock off birks. I wouldn’t pay more than $40 for these.

Amazing company

Amazing company - firstly for the price and quality of their items - AMAZING . The duplicate coloured item given to charity and a promise of an alternative item sent to me with no cost for item or postage. Never have I know such a company.

Simply the best - have already ordered some socks etc and spread ‘ the word’ with friends and family’. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Support this business!

Customer service is and absolutely the best. Quick answering times, very precise explanations on processes. The size I ordered for my clogs were too big, I contacted them, they right away gave me options; exchange or return. Didn't even need to send back the clogs. Donated them instead! Such a great initiative, this is a great company. Wow!

My friend and I ordered 2 pairs and one…

My friend and I ordered 2 pairs and one was perfect. The other was a little too big so instead of returning, Qomfort encouraged us to donate the pair to a local homeless shelter and provide proof so they would then send a free exchange pair. This is a really cool program, was easy to do and helps the community in the process. Will be recommending Qomfort to anyone now and their great service is appreciated. Thanks a bunch! The clogs are really comfortable and high quality too!

Excellent customer service!

I ordered a pair of clogs each for my wife and I. At the price I thought it was worth a punt. I was surprised and delighted by the quality. Unfortunately mine were to small so I would recommend a size up from your usual size. I used their returns program and gave mine to a local hospice charity shop. A new pair in the next size are on their way. All round excellent customer service and a great returns policy to give to charity and save extra shipping miles.

I have ordered taupe sandals and clogs

I have ordered taupe sandals and clogs. When they areived, i realistę that taupe for me is more like brown than beige, so I asked which way i can arrange exchange not to have additional shipping costs. The Company has a policy i could not believe at first- when you send a pair of shoes to someone in need (donate to charity), you get a new pair completely free of charge! After presenting the proof of the donation, which in my case was the movie with sending the package to the house of lonely mothers that i support regularly, i have just received a confirmation that a new pair has been sent to me and i look forward to see it in new colours, and for this experience i will always recomend this brand to my friends. The shoes are lovely, high quality materials, simple design and very , very comfortable!

Terrible fit

Terrible fit. Shockingly uncomfortable footbed. The width is much less than a normal shoe. I can't believe any of the reviews are real.

Added; The company is quicker to reply to bad reviews on this website than customer service. Looking to return and get a refund but the process is incredibly slow.
