I was asked by a q-life to write a review prior to them handling my case where I had an issue with their motor I'm sorry to say it's been two and a half months and I still have no rim and motor the technical team only answers email and they give you a run around answer never giving you a date as to when shipment for replacement part would come meanwhile the bike is worthless very disappointed in the service as I retract my statement earlier they sound eager to help you but actions just aren't there very disappointed very disappointed

Fast shipping and good customer service. I purchased the ebike for my wife but the seat was a bit to high. I contacted customer service and the stated per their return policy once the bike is assembled they don't accept returns. So I kept the bike for myself and they sent me an email saying they would send me a free $100 phone mount.

Our new bike was delivered promptly. We had issues with our new bike after a month and customer service has been wonderful and very responsive in resolving our issues. Despite the bike’s initial technical issues, we have been very pleased with Qlife and would recommend them.

I have been thoroughly impressed by my qlife racer plus 2.0. I’m 6’3 250ish pounds and this bike has no issue carrying me around town. The customer support team is equally great and friendly. I had an error code pop up on my display and within a handful of very communicative emails they had a new display sent to me in no time and now my bike is back on the road!!
