I was not used to a hybrid and found controls needed time for me to use. I had to use manual in glove box to learn where switch was to unlock gas cap. But lady at rental counter was good at getting us a car in short amount of time.

This is my first experience with QEEQ…
This is my first experience with QEEQ car rental and frankly, I had never heard of it. I was a bit reluctant to commit to the reservation, but QEEQ provided a very good price and things worked out just fine. I plan to price QEEQ next time I rent a vehicle.

All compact cars are electric
My experience was very good and easy the only downside is all their compact cars are electric, not a good option when you're traveling. We upgraded to a gas vehicle.

Excellent support team
Sincerely I would like to thanks QeeQ support team particularly Mattie and Arya for helping me out from the terrible situation created by the rental company staff by cancelling my car rental booking at last minute without my consent. They really guided me how I can do another booking and assured me of full refund from the earlier booking which was cancelled by unprofessional staff of GO Motion. QeeQ is a excellent platform for making car rental booking and buying corresponding motor insurance, but avoid GO Motion so one can really enjoy the trips

We went to pick up the van and they did not have a reservation for us. The rental company said we would not be charged since they didn't have a reservation and we were charged. The charge has not been reversed.

The pickup process went quickly and smoothly.
The car was good, even though it had 95,000 km. The car had bumps all around, which definitely made the experience less pleasant.
The return process was quick and smooth also.
