I found it to be very good value for money. The price was noticeably lower than going directly through the major rental brands, yet the coverage and inclusions were still very solid.
The booking process was straightforward and quick, and the app/website made it easy to compare options and see exactly what was included, so there were no surprises at pickup. Customer service was responsive and helpful, and having everything prepaid meant there was less pressure to buy extra insurance at the counter.
