Quick books online is going down hill fast.
I will state, first of all, that I've been with QuickBooks Online for many years. Their rates keep on going up while their customer service goes down.
I was just on the phone with a customer care rep in payroll, which is supposed to be better than the regular one, about an issue that occurs at least once a year with their system. Apparently, this guy was new, and when I asked to speak with management, it took him 30 minutes to correspond with them. Even after that was done, nothing. He says he has to forward me to somebody else, who is apparently management. I speak with her for 2 minutes, and then she puts me on hold for 15 minutes before she even asks what's wrong.
Highly, highly, highly recommend not using their services because they continue to get worse.
