I have had a lot if problems trying to start my Qardio and it's very frustrating. Your starting instructions are not thorough enough and it takes a while to get it to work. I often have to unwrap it several times and even reset it or restart my phone to be able to use it. I know now to check the Bluetooth setting on my phone before I start.

Great product. Operates like any other blood pressure machine but portable. no problems at all.

My wife and I test our BP 4 to 5 times per week. The ease of use and accuracy of the Qardo Qardioarm is excellent. The graphing feature is especially nice as it allows me to spot trends..... it is also easy to show my doctor using my iPhone. I like it.

Have bought the quardio arm and base and am very pleased leaded with both. It allows me to keep track of my blood pressure without having to write it down all the time and the base is great for keeping track of fat and water body levels

Easy to use. Accurate, and I can share it with my doctor. This is better that many of the otehr bluetooth based pressure monitors. I will never go back to what I used before.

I originally purchased a Withings cuff, only because it was a larger cuff. Unfortunately Withings sold to Nokia and Nokia prematurely released an app update which completely wiped all my history that I was tracking for my doctor. Looking back, I'm so Thankful for this, because I returned the Withings cuff after some extremely poor customer service from Nokia and I purchased the Qardio cuff instead. And truthfully the Qardio cuff is a far superior cuff. Not only is it compact and sleek, but the app is simple and reliable. I love love love my Qardio cuff.

Such a great tool for managing my blood pressure. Use with my cardiologist.

I love my Qardio BO machine. The only problem is the battery door is not strong enough. One of the hooks broke easily. Also, I have to manipulate the batteries frequently to get it to connect. Minor issues, but needs to be fixed.

I have found Qardio to be easy use, reliable, and I specifically like the feature that shows whether your heart rate is atypical, and that it keeps a history but also let you use it for other people as a guest user. As a medical professional for my career, as well as my personal use, I have found this to be an excellent choice of equipment... I received this as a gift, and I'm thankful... What a great gift!

Does not automatically connect to app. Have to constantly re-pair to phone/app.

Great list available when dr needs daily info. Easy to send list onto your dr. Love knowing what each range I'm in.

I find that my prior device had a lower reading consistently. Apart from this I need to restart more than once several times a week.

The unit works when it wants to. Its a great idea, I bought one to try, before buying multiple units for my office. The software and the device work good for a week or so and then forget it. I wish they would fix it.

Great to be able to show the readings to your consultant. Makes everything a lot easier. Nice and easy to use. Looks good, too, and packs easily.
Would have liked to have built in a memory alert for when it is time to measure.

The unit runs 15 to 20 points high when checked at doctors office

I really like the QardioArm device and the app but had a problem with my first unit. Qardio Customer Service reached out to me based solely on a review I posted. They determined my device was defective and sent me a replacement. The new QardioArm works perfectly!

I'm very impressed with Qardio's customer service. The time and effort they put into helping me resolve my issue was awesome. I could not be happier! I highly recommend.
