Received a faulty item. Sold as open box, but otherwise indicated as new.
Controller had a drift which (from what I could research) is known issue that develops with age. So item definitely does not look like a new one which it was sold as.
I have tried contacting company first through the form online, then through email directly. No response.
I have contacted PayPal and they are equally not helpful claiming I am supposed to organise and pay shipping of the item back.
I think this is a very new company who are just setting up, but there is clearly stuff they still need to work on. My order arrived ok, but the dispatch was slow (considering they are called Quick4U and say that most orders are delivered the next day!) and apart from an order confirmation email I didn't get any more updates. I wrote to them after a few days as my order was still marked as pending on their website and never got a response - it's hard to know whether my order would have arrived if I hadn't chased it or whether they were just a bit slow with the dispatch compared with what they promised on the website.
