The colour of "Adore" lenses "Tri tones colour" looks very natural.

Have had some broken lenses, no clear process in place to handle that from a service perspective.

So far i did 11 orders over the past years and received all of them in good condition.
The reason why i do only give 3 stars is because of the own brand 'trick'. They sell CertifEye as their own brand, however these are lenses from other brands in a different box that are sold for a higher price than the original brand. I don't like to pay more for the same thing, so only 3 stars.

I have bought contact lenses from this site for more than 5 years and have never had any trouble. Keep up the good work

One month ago from now I made an order from that website and received my package now.

One month ago I placed my order. Two weeks later I asked them why my order has not been shipped. They said it will be shipped within that week. After a week It didn't shipped again and I write them again and they said again one of lenses I ordered is not in stock and it will be shipped after that box comes that week. I told I need the lenses and offered extra shipping for the ones they have in stock, which didn't happen either.
It also didn't get shipped again that week.. and I asked for money return or immediate shipment. They refused to cancel the order and return my money, and told me my order will be send 'tomorrow', 'next day', 'monday' for a couple of days more until now.
Now I received my package at the end, after having no lenses for 15 days which I didn't expect.
I wont use q-lens again.
Be aware and consider that if you want to order anything from here.
