Fork bushing for Yamaha Virago 750. Parts is god quality. But at inquiry they failed to response several times. Parts received after three weeks to Norway.

Poor customer service

Order was sent to the wrong country which meant I incurred a customs charged that was never reimbursed. It finally arrived after four weeks but the items received were not as depicted in their website, and once fitted both fork seals leaked within an hour of use. Initially, I received a couple of emails when I was chasing the where abouts of the missing package but after that it's been radio silence. My emails regarding the customs charge and the leaky seals have been ignored. The lady in the office was lovely to deal with but since it appears all decisions are made by the owner who lives in New Zealand I will not be ordering from them again. It was a very poor experience for my first time using them.

Ordered part months ago

Ordered part months ago, suddenly had added imports costs not to my knowledge, I sent a mail explaining the situation and they offered to send it again since the package is small and didn’t need import fees, after sending multiple mails with no response, the item still has not arrived. I have not received a refund or confirmation at al.

Order placed no issue till it has…

Order placed no issue till it has arrived, the sliding rings are totally different in the fork rebuild set like in my fork so i was only able to use the oil seals, i let them know via email including photos, asked me to measure old rings that i was not able as i already assembled forks with the old rings so they offered refund that has never arrived,few week past not answering for my emails anymore. avoid!

Ages to arrive

Ages to arrive. Had to query part and guess what no telephone readily availible. When I did find a number, no one answered. Had to email query..... It's rubbish -
Needless to say, I will Not use their shop again. Worth letting others know.
Reply to their reply.... STILL have not recieved reply to email....dispite (as you claim) emails answered daily... Oh well.
Further .. update. I did receive a polite ( and detailed) answer to my query. In addition a perfectly plausible explaination to the slow service, hence I have change my review stars from 1 to 3.

The parts were sent Royal Mail tracked the same day as they were purchased,. once they leave our warehouse it is out of our hands sorry. As for the phone it is available 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and emails are always answered daily. Sorry you felt you had to leave one stars.

Useless...

Useless.... ask for a price, they give you pre gst, no mention of gst until they send invoice, freight was expensive, took 7 days to send part after enquiry a few times as to where my parts are, if your in NZ, just go to your local dealer

Shocking!

Shocking!

Ordered fork bushing set, paid for the extortionate next day fee, after a few days I emailed for an update as I hadn't received a dispatch notification and couldn't access the website to see order status after the first day.

I repurchased these parts from wemoto, fitted the parts and then weeks later they emailed back.

Eventually they decided to resend parts I clearly said I'd rebought elsewhere and once again they are not replying to emails, so I'm stuck with the parts and the extra income loss.

I'll stick to wemoto in the future, they communicate and help their customers instead of this ridiculous companies systems or lack there of

Update following "reply":
the response written is wrong, if I could attach screenshots I would be able to clearly prove I said I had replaced the parts via wemoto on an email to them on the 6th of August, they did not reply, on the 21st of august I said they need to refund me being I've not reviewed anything, they sent a proof of old delivery for the item that didn't arrive, I further confirmed they hadn't arrived and then on the 6th of sept they emailed to say more had been sent. 7th sept I confirmed they arrived and restated they wasn't needed. 9th and 24th sept I sent ? To prompt them (clearly not daily) and 28th I sent an email saying they had shocking service and wrote these reviews which is probably the only reason they have emailed to say I can return said items, but with no information on the return system.
I at no point demanded to keep items and have a refund, again if I could share email screenshots I would be able to prove this.

P.s I was able to add screenshots to their Google maps esc reviews

Not quite true. First set of bushes (sent tracked) didn't arrive, we sent another set that arrived (meanwhile customer has re-bought from elsewhere - and we didnt know this) we asked them to send the parts back back for a full refund (including the postage), they demanded a refund and also to keep the parts, we stuck to our guns, they then spammed us daily with an email that all it had in it was '?'. Very strange behaviour indeed.

Parts were listed wrong in the catalogue, no effort was made to fix so I have parts I can't use.

Items never arrived

I have placed 2 emails ( with documentation) trying to find out where the package is. It has been a week since it was said to have arrived. Please check your emails. Or give me a good contact path to resolve this issue.

There was a backend delay on the tracking being added (2 days) it was our fault, but your parts did still go out the same day as purchase and tracking was added 2 days later.

Received the wrong items and after…

Received the wrong items and after multiple emails sent, I havent heard anything back and I’m unable to log in to my account. Not great.

I'm customer in EU country and have…

I'm customer in EU country and have placed an order 12 days ago. I still have no feedback at all about my order status. I have send them multiple reminders and nobody seems to give a s**t about it. I have not received no tracking number no nothing. I'm not even sure if they will ever send the parts.
In addition they have charged me 2-3 euros more for no apparent reason. Keep away buying from pyramidparts

Parts went out same day as purchase, fully tracked and tracking was added to your order and you were sent an automatic shipment notification. It is impossible for us to charge you more? you pay online and the costs and shipping costs are all there before you pay.
