We bought a bottle for my 3 yo daughter in France and the plastic lid broke a few weeks later.
I looked on the website to see if I could order another bottle, but I saw that they had lifetime warranty on the lids.
Apparently people have said they break easily - but I appreciate the reaction of the company to ensure that people get replacement whatever the reason of the breakage!
Anyways, I emailed the company through their form to request one - they replied withing 36 hours and sent a new one to the UK.
The postage alone was 14 euros!
I really appreciated the service, well done Pylones!

We were in Avignon France on a trip from the US. I saw the most adorable Egg Cup in a shop but alas, could not safely squish it in my backpack. When I arrived home I got on line and ordered it and some other items to share with my family and friends, I did not know that UPS was the ultimate carrier, thus provided a Post Office box instead of a street address. Both Pylones and UPS worked to get me my treasured Egg Cup and I can't thank the staff at Pylones for their care and concern enough. Their follow up to ensure I did receive the package was outstanding. I will be absolutely be shopping here again for special items for special occasions in the future!

I really like this brand, especially their jewellery and used to buy something every time I went into one of their shops in London. Unfortunately they're no longer trading in the UK but I still like to shop there when I'm in France.
Recently, I ring I bought many years ago and that I wore regularly has broken. Upon contacting Pylones on how to fix it, they immediately offered to fix it free of charge. Soon after I sent the ring, they actually sent me a brand new one!
I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and very fair response.

We bought an item in one of their shops about a year ago, and it started fading quicker than another of the same age. I have always loved the products and was delighted when I saw they deliver world wide. Their products are beautifully designed and of excellent quality. There was a hiccup in the initial delivery, however the customer service team resolved the matter and ensure the goods were delivered again. Occasionally, there has been a few hiccups, but Pylones ALWAYS make it right and they are so gracious and helpful! For instance, just recently there have been some issues with shipping, but they have been wonderful in remedying it. So disappointed to be writing this after being a customer of Pylones for many years - from back when it was called Octopus and I had a local branch where I live in the UK.
I placed an order which was (according to the website) placed with enough time to get here before Christmas. Nothing has arrived (writing this on 6th Jan) and I've been in touch three times - with the first email I sent being on 23rd December.
Having read some of the other reviews I am not holding out much hope for my parcel arriving or that I will get any sort of communication.
So gutted not to have been able to gift these items and even more gutted about the customer service. I will now have to try and claim the money back via my bank.

Updating again on 6th Feb - finally got a response from Pylones who said my order had been returned to them (it never reached as far as my address) and offered to send it out again once they got it back. I said yes so it was sent again and again has been returned back. This has taken weeks and weeks with several chase ups from me. I've now asked twice in the past two weeks for a refund and am being completely ignored yet again. Absolutely appalling service from a company who used to be one of my favourites. Incredibly disappointing.

Pylones used to have shop in London, but not anymore.
I saw their new collection and ordered many items for my friend’s birthday and some of them were for Christmas presents.
The total amount of my order with delivery was 122,80 pounds.
I placed my order on the 26 of October.
Until now - 6 of December I still haven’t received anything. It takes a week with the Royal Mail to get anything from France.
Pylones sent the parcel with Chronopost and when I tried to track the parcel it was stuck for days without explanation.
I wrote to customer service and they replied that they are checking it with Chronopost.
Later I wrote to them again because nothing was happening.
They told me there is a problem with the label.
I was texting again and again trying to find out when I can get the parcel. They said that Chronopost will send it back to them and they will resend it to me with a different courier.
They couldn’t and wound’t send the same parcel to me instead, they are waiting for Chronopost to return it to them and apparently they have no influence over the delivery service they provide.
On the 21 for November they texted saying that they will compensate the shipping costs to me, I’ve got no money from them still and no confirmation that such payment was made.
The whole experience is a disgrace. I didn’t get the parcel or the money.
They keep promising to send it when they will get it back.
I will never order from them again.
They ruined beautiful surprises I prepared for my friend and I can’t afford to spend the same amount of money twice.
I absolutely love all the products from Pylones. The colors are vibrant and beautiful, and the products are quite useful in everyday life, from hairbrushes and toothbrushes to umbrellas and backpacks. I've bought all kinds of things for myself here, and everybody loves the Pylones gifts I've given them. I get compliments on the blown-glass jewelry all the time. The quality across the board is excellent too. Ordering online for in-store pickup has been great, and their customer service online has been excellent too. Highly recommended!

I broke my favorite mug and was unable to locate another one that was the same. I wrote Pylones who responded right back. They located the mug and promptly mailed it to me in the US. Great customer service and I'm happy to have my mug again!

What a fabulous company. I placed an order for one of their iconic watering can bags. I'd had a challenging month and placed an order which was incorrect. I emailed immediately and the team quickly responded and substituted the wrong item for the right one. And it still arrived early. Super pleased with the customer service and with the item itself. I bought the pink version of the bag for a fancy dress but it is so good I will use it anyway. Vibrant colour, well made. Fabulous purchase!

I placed an order at the end of July for more than £90 worth of goods. I received the dispatch notice and tracking info. The goods never left the continent. I thought that customs etc might cause a delay and so
I waited until the end of August. I checked that my payment had gone through. No goods received so I contacted Customer Service and received acknowledgment promising a response in 48 hours. Six days later I am still waiting.
Don't buy online because if something goes wrong, no one will help you. Their customer support doesn't reply, and I lost my money.

I have used Pylones for many years, both in the shops and more recently online. An order placed on 14/05/25 never arrived. It took multiple emails and many attempts to find out what had happened to my order which appears never to of left France, I'm in the UK.
My further disappointment was eventually trying to get a refund and the length of time it took - most of the order was a birthday present.
Where Pylones have let themselves down was the lack of response to emails and my telephone call, it was extremely poor. Eventually intervention via the credit card company used yielded a result in August
They have lost a customer as I have now lost trust in their company.

Contacted my bank who managed to get a reply.
Pylones would only take the defective trolley back if I paid the return costs of aporox £30.
This cost proved too costly after shelling out £85.00 for the trolley.
Definately beware this company as there is no real duty of care for the customer when large faulty tems are involved.

I ordered a bottle as a Christmas present however the lid was faulty and was causing the bottle to leak. I got in touch with the company a few times and got a reply from one of their members of staff stating that they would send a new bottle lid free of charge and that they were sorry for any inconvenience. A week passed and I had been given no updates so I messaged asking when the new bottle cap would be sent out or if there was a tracking number, no reply. Since then I’ve messaged through their website twice asking for an update to which I have been ignored. It’s clear that the company is ignoring my messages because they were able to respond my original messages where they said they would send a new lid and I was even sent confirmation emails stating that my message had been correctly sent through to them.
