Avoid avoid avoid, complete scam. You spend loads of money and they send you something from the pound shop that's completely different to what you ordered. Then when you trying to resolve all they do is offer you a discount. It's crazy how this company hasn't been shut down before. It's literally a scam from China that's cheating people out of their money. How has no one closed down their website to stop people ordering ?

I ordered an ornament for my hair. I paid extra for express delivery. In 10 days I haven´t received my parcel, I informed them to stop the process as I would be abroad for 2 months, they totally ignored my emails and sent the parcel. I opened a dispute with my bank against this company, I am not paying.

If I could give the company 0 stars I would. Do not use this company. I ordered a £48 beer advent calendar which was advertised as containing 24 bottles of German beer and a drinking glass. Instead I received the cheapest small package which turns out to be tiny plastic toy whiskey bottles. Contacted the company and they said for a full refund of my £48 I need to return the toy whiskey bottles at entirely my own cost, to China! Alternatively I may keep the toy bottles and receive a 20% refund of my £48!!! Absolutely unbelievable!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered a German beer advent calendar through Shopify for this company. Website was in German and had to keep translating, before I realised what happened Shop had taken the money, I was getting suspicious by this time so I sent numerous e-mails to Pylomo to cancel the order and refund my money. No reply until too days later saying order had been dispatched and was waiting customs clearance, numerous other messages saying where package was. Royal Mail delivered a tiny package 10 days later with a tiny cardboard empty advent calendar posted from China ,Total scam, avoid this company like the plague

Ordered a beer advent calendar. The description said it included a glass to enjoy the beer but what arrived was a small cheap calendar containing tiny plastic whisky bottles. The advert said 100% satisfaction or money back but the company only offered a 10% discount voucher or to send the package back to China tracked at my own expense!

Should have checked it out before purchase.

Ordered a toy dog my daughter found online. Thought it was from Germany, ended up coming from china took almost a month to arrive. When it did, utter crap £30 toy was actually a £2 garbage nothing remotely like the pictures or descriptions emailed for refund no real response AI generated, had to go through my bank 100% avoid at all cost

I was convinced I was buying from a German website, but it turns out that all the products are shipped from China. The delivery times are extremely long, and the prices are far too high for the quality of the products. If I had realized this beforehand, I definitely would not have made the purchase.

This is a Scam - also known as "Deluxe". 98% one star rating!!

It was displayed on the Website as "build your own" "with working parts" it's all a lie it arrived fully put together,and made from cheap Chinese plastic

It's just not how shown on the images on the page. It's cheap hand sized dogs with absolutely no interaction whatsoever. They want expensive returns to China... crazy... absolutely disappointing...

I am writing regarding my denture order, which I have now received.
The item delivered is completely different from the product advertised. The advertisement described the item as:
“Dentures natural smile | Reusable flexible dentures upper & lower jaw | Comfortable adjustable dental solution.”
However, the product received does not match this description. It does not look like natural dentures, it appears unrealistic, the sizing is not suitable for human use, and the item is not usable as a dental solution.
I consider this item to be not as described, not fit for purpose, and potentially misleadingly advertised. I therefore request a full refund immediately.
Please confirm how you wish the item to be returned, if required, and provide a prepaid return label. I do not believe I should be responsible for return postage when the product supplied is not as advertised.
I would also remind you that misleading advertising and the sale of goods that are not as described are taken seriously under UK consumer protection law. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider reporting the issue to the relevant UK consumer protection authorities, including Trading Standards and/or the Advertising Standards Authority.
Please confirm within 7 days that a full refund will be issued.
