Shoes have been well received by my daughter, they look great and fit well.

The customer service was excellent, and apart from a slight delivery delay, which was communicated in advance, everything was a very pleasant experience. Combine this with a cool concept and a happy little girl, and this shop gets 5 starts from us.

The only thing detracting, is some webpage issues with ipad usage. Again customers service is aware, and working to fix the problem and I don't think that should detract from the awesome shoes :)

We just received our Pyk shoes today. Amazing shoes and great service. The price level is lower than expected and the quality higher. What’s not to like?

I am amazed by the leather quality however my fascination was overruled by the reaction from my 6-year-old son, when he unwrapped the box from the postman and saw his own name on the shoes. A great and children friendly add on option.

Normally I avoid buying online shoes and always bring my 3 children to the mall, but with the great size instructions – and the fact that I always can return – I feel completely safe buying shoes from the dining table.
