I have used Phoneblur and many non-VoIP services, but trust me, they are the best in the market. I know for sure they will lead this market soon. Their customer team is great and will help you to the core. I remember I couldn’t recharge on time and lost my number. I was hopeless, but PVADeals literally gave my number back after a request. I don’t think anyone else can do that. FYI, that number was disabled for more than a week, so thanks a lot. There are a few things they need to improve, but I think they surely will.

Does not work at all
I'm glad I only wasted $3 on this. Does not work and all the 'solutions' recommended by Support failed to resolve the issue. This seems a bit scammy to me. You can't even get the numbers because the page automatically updates so you can't click on them. Tried changing the browser, updating the IP address - nothing works. Stay away from this company.

Paypal is a bit complicated regarding phone verification, and it might not send SMS if it feels suspicious activities.
I will suggest you do the following steps.
- Try cleaning the cache on your browser or APP.
- Change IP address (Avoid using public Proxies/VPN, you need real IPs like a SIM card network or residential broadband connection)
- Try phone verifying on a new phone device or a computer.
The money you have put in never got wasted, you can try using the above techniques and let us know. You can use your credit anytime, it will not even expire until you use it.
