Puzzleyou actually mucked up our order but got to experience their customer service. Answered email and telephone quickly. Fixed the problem and got a new one sent out within 3 days. Very happy.

Directly after I placed my order I went back and tried to cancel it. I sent them several messages through their website, but no response.
So I sent them an email; but no response.
After three weeks i received a message that my shipment is on its way... So i wrote another email, trying to cancel the order... Still no response from the company.
