Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. Very beautiful puzzles
Very beautiful puzzles, unusual and delightful. I bought 5 (elephant, butterfly, horse, peacock, hummingbird) to give out as gifts and 4 made it out the door. I had to keep one for myself. I may get a few more as I like to promote good items. Great for older kids, Just the right number of pieces too, can do one in a few hours.

Puzzles were fun to work, great in mounts
Two of my daughters had birthdays coming up so I ordered a puzzle for each of them, with the mounting kits to go along with them.
A turtle and an owl, and each puzzle was a hit.
Service was fast, the prices were reasonable and I couldn't be happier.

Feeling scammed!!!!
Had an email last week saying they were delivered!! Of course, they have not and no one will get back to me. I have tried multiple ways. These are for my 90 year old father. I have reached out multiple ways. Very unhappy!!

I got scammed
I ordered 3 puzzles. It took them over 3 weeks to arrive. Then when they did arrive they were SO dinky with tiny pieces the person I bought them for (an avid puzzler) said they were impossible to do. I contacted the company in an effort to get a refund or exchange and the answer was a flat out. "NO." I'll NEVER buy from these scam artists again.

Feel scammed got lured in with a going out of business sale , will be closed in one week and claims of huge discounts. still get scamy marketing from them they are very much in business still. Product definitely looks better in the pictures than it actually is
Now they are pretending to play nice but demanding info or the review gets taken down.

I wouldn't give it one star but was required to for the review. I ordered a couple of puzzles on Jan 4, 2025. But I have never received them. Order 179680 cost me $21.88. They even sent me an email saying it was delivered. My USPS delivery app said otherwise. I contacted them and was told that they would send them again. But I never received my order. IF NOT A SCAM, IT IS IT'S TWIN.

I have been waiting long past the time the ads said to allow for processing and shipping. Tracking information either says "Error" or awaiting package from sender. It has been 2 weeks+.
I have emailed the customer support team with all the details, dates, address, order numbers, tracking number and so forth. Awaiting a response.

I first bought 3 in 1-2025, took aprox 2 months to git. Loved em so much bought 5 more. Those came quickly. I currently have 12 more in my cart. While waitn for them to git here I got out an old cork backed puzzle I had. Couldnt git nto it! I lik the shapes in PuzzleUp & they are well made, altho I did hav one piece that came broken. I super glued it. So far so good. Would reccomend!

I so enjoy putting together your puzzles. The only problem is the shipping time! When placing an order I think great- it should only take maybe a week to get here. But no, takes so long, almost like each one is made at the time of it being ordered. Of course I am use to ordered things that arrive next day, but it takes really a long time to get here. The puzzles when they do arrive are beautiful, well cut, picture's are precise. So wonderful and fun to put together. That is why I still order them. I now own and share 12 different ones. Awaiting 3 more. I even like the different sizes you can get. I'm putting together an A5 puzzle which is there smallest one 86 (+-)pieces. It has been a real challenge. The pieces are so tiny, expertly cut. beautiful work.

You should not use this business
You should not use this business. They indicate that they are local and having a going out of business sale; however, it's a big lie. It takes an extended period of time for them not only to ship your product but for you to receive the product. When they finally shipped my order from their "local" store, they sent me a tracking sheet and it was literally one week before they even shipped it. Come to find out the shipment comes from China and it takes no less than 2 weeks for them to ship your product and another 2-3 weeks for you to receive it.
